When I come to this establishment my needs are My vehicle is assigned and pulled into the bay to be looked over and worked on. all mechanics seem knowledgeable. Customer turn around is quick and satisfactory to all.

I went to Mavis with a re-curring tire issue from another chain. They were able to identify the problem, find a few options for me that best suit my situation, and ultimately fix a problem someone else had created. I wound up going back to them to fully replace the tire in less then a half hour while also identifying an over fill on another tire I wasn't even aware of (Thank you Richard!). I learned that in the future they price match. (Thank God) Mike, Ken, and Richard went above the call and I sincerely appreciate them and them helping me. I'll def. go back there next time.

This was the first time my car was serviced at the Maple Shade store and my experience there was pleasant. I had 1 tire replaced and an unplanned oil change, which the tech worked on immediately. The Manager was very nice and helpful. I forgot to ask the tech to check my brakes, but he already did, and said they were fine. He also said my wind shield wipers were really bad and he was right. I had no idea that he would have notice something like that! I was impressed. Signed a satisfied customer.
