Fantastic! I have had dogs in the past, but never a puppy and it was a shock - I was fraught and felt as though I was letting my puppy down too.
After only a couple of sessions with Matt, who was so patient and really took on my concerns, he provided me with support, documentation and amazing alternatives where I needed them.
After only a week the difference was remarkable and I have an understanding that has given me way more confidence. From fraught to happy, I am enjoying what feels like a healthy pup ownership now.

We called Matt at our wits end with our over excitable and strong german shepherd. She is a lovely dog but loved to jump up at everything and everyone, wouldn't settle in the house and pulled like a train on the lead.
We were very close to giving her up, with small children in the house we just couldn't cope.
From the initial assessment to the practical sessions Matt has given us the confidence to give her the guidance and training she so desperately needed. Thanks to Matt's guidance, training style and continued support our adorable girl is so much better in the house, she settles and sleeps well, we still get the occasional jump up but not at visitors and the lead pulling has stopped. Highly recommend Matt.

We have had 1 session with Matt so far and learnt so much on that 1 session compared to 6 sessions with another trainer. Matt is always checking in to see how we’re getting on and I know he’s always happy to help if we need him. 100% recommend.

Matt has turned a very hyper and relentless puppy into one who still pushes the boundaries but is far from us pulling our hair out. We still have a way to go but progress is happening. If you put in the work with Matt’s help you will get there.

I’ve know Matt for a little over a year as a good friend and watched him progress in his passion for dog training, today he helped me with a few simple and affective techniques to help me confidently take out two very powerful and prey driven huskies that belong to my partner. I do have a lot of work ahead of me with practicing these techniques but with his guidance and expertise today I no longer have that fear I’m going to be dragged along the road 🙈 Thank you again Xx

Matt was amazing! Our first session, some hard lessons learned but Matt gave us some brilliant guidance and even after the first few days after his visit, it’s really making a difference - can’t wait to see what our future appointments have in store for our once unruly young lady!

What can I say, only after one session with Matt and some top guidance and tips and my dog has come on in leaps and bounds, I highly recommend Matt to anyone

We have a very anxious rescue dog but after 3 weekly sessions with Matt we have seen a positive change in her behaviour. Week one she barked at Matt and the other dogs from a distance but by week 3 she was pulling me towards him and wanted his attention and playfully jumping around with two of the other dogs present. She is by no means fixed but the group sessions have shown us the type of dog she can be.

I truly believe you will not find anyone more accommodating and approachable than Matt. He helped us with off-lead training and socialisation for our puppy, something that we were really nervous about, however walking our dog is now enjoyable and stress-free. Matt’s coaching style is honest, calm and most importantly effective.

Absolutely excellent, Matt did an initial assessment and sent a very detailed and honest report about our dog Mabel. We have had only one full session but wow what a dog whisperer Matt is, value for money and a great trainer, thanks so much. Highly recommended A+++++

Matt has helped with training my puppy since I first got her . He’s taught me so much in the time we have spent together and I have gained so much confidence. My puppy has benefited as have we as a family with a less wild puppy and more obedient . I set my standards very high from the beginning and all is starting to pay off .
