Great service from start to finish. I was able to arrange a bio-hazard clean very quickly. Steve was brilliant - I couldn't be happier with the service. Quick, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I cannot compliment Ben and Lel enough for the trojan work they did on my friend’s flat. They worked tirelessly without even stopping for a lunch break. What a transformation. Lovely guys as well. Definitely well worth the money. Highly recommended and I am extremely hard to please lol. They did way more than expected completely without judgement. They also respected the fact that the two cats had to be kept in and, as such, they made sure that they were separated from any dangerous chemicals and contained behind closed doors when necessary. Can’t really say much more! Thank you Ben and Lel and thank you Matrix.👍

Ben great bloke and very kind excellent worker good listener

We can't praise the team enough from the beginning to the end they are professional and they couldn't do enough for us.the boys on site really went the extra mile and even work well into the night to get the job done and ready to open the following day .I highly recommend Matrix abd will definitely be using them again .well done team

We had a situation that required a professional company and Matrix fitted the bill, super reactive in time frame needed and BEN did an excellent clean up job, wouldn’t hesitate to use in our setting again

From receipt of estimate this company was most accommodating. Giving a very reasonable price for the job I would have no hesitation in recommending Matrix.

After my twin brother committed suicide with a purposeful heroin overdose it was 8 / 10
Weeks before he was discovered, he had decomposed on the couch and onto and all over the floor
As you could imagine it looked like the house of horrors
I never thought I’d ever be Able to make it sellable
Until I contacted matrix
They not only cleaned up the bio hazard mess but disposed of the left over drug paraphernalia left behind needless ect
And ontop of that they also emptied out the entire contents of the house even going the extra mile to empty the loft then Hoover and clean all the carpets
I can’t Thank mark and Steve enough for all their hard work and leaving the house with a nice refreshing smell and new lease of life
I can now sell the family home and settle my late mothers estate
Thanks guys xx

Stephen came to remove a bed that a family member had passed away on, he was professional, non judgmental & discreet bringing it out, he answered any questions we had & very sympathetic under the circumstances with us, would highly recommend this service/company thanks again Stephen

Ben and colleague were professional right from the get go. They arrived on time (with arrival status updates ) and handled the rather gruesome task with diplomacy, professional and candour. The task was hoarder flat clearance and they were fast with high energy despite the 30’C heat.

Thanks team Matrix!

We had a serious rat problem in our kitchen, and after weeks of inaction from the landlord and agency, we contacted Matrix for biohazard cleaning. Their price was fair, and Ben, who handled the job, was really amazing!! friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He stayed longer than expected and did a perfect job. Highly recommended. Trust Ben!

Due to a rat intrusion in our home kitchen, we had to request a biohazard cleaning service. We had been suffering for two weeks from the contamination and distress caused by the rats, and we were truly impressed by Mr. Ben’s professionalism. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly cleaning, removing waste, and disinfecting the area with care.

Mr. Ben explained each step of the process clearly and carried it out in full consultation with us. Thanks to him, we finally regained a clean and safe kitchen after two difficult weeks.

The company responded very quickly with an accurate quote and arranged the cleaning session on the same day. The invoice and payment process were smooth and transparent, and the price was much more reasonable and affordable compared to other companies.

I hope I won’t need to use this cleaning service again due to another rat problem, but I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs it.

Stephen did a phenomenal job on my balcony. Very friendly and professional

The entire process was straightforward, from first contact all the way to a beautiful, clean house! They were always responsive, and I particularly appreciated the WhatsApp communication.

Ben and Lec did a great job. They were considerate and very helpful in options for further works the might be required.

Can’t fault Mark that did a clear and clean to my aunty house, she was a horder and house was full after being moved to a care home. He worked hard and quick. Matrix was fantastic with messages and updates, fast reply using what’s app got booked in and few days later the house looks liveable again. Totally recommend.

I found matrix online when searching for a balcony cleanup because I had a pigeon problem, I found it quick and easy to get in contact the lady on phone was very helpful and got me a appointment for that weekend, and told me the name of the man that would be coming Ben, he came over on time and was very friendly and helpful with good advice on how to deterred the pigeons from coming back, Ben did an amazing job, and I am so happy I can use my balcony in time for the summer. I highly recommend this company for its quick service and friendly staff.

From start to finish all staff were lovely and super helpful. We needed cleaning due to an accident at a family member’s home and we needed it before they arrived home from hospital which we were unsure of as it could be any day. They came out same day which was super helpful and at an amazing price. The gentleman that came out was super friendly and understanding. He did an amazing job and was super quick. Can’t thank everyone enough for their help and efficiency.

Outstanding service and communication.
We required an urgent biohazard clean. The response time was really quick and efficient, they immediately dispatched a technician (Stephen A.) that arrived promptly and was very professional, the job was done in the estimated time, really nice and impressive cleaning result.
The entire process was nice and smooth, excellent communication both by phone and email, everything was in time and as discussed and agreed.
Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend for any job, small or big.

Outstanding service, from Matrix (customer service to cleaning execution).
Never having handled a situation such as this, Matrix made this extremely easy with their proactive and professional approach. Assisting in dealing with a biohazard issue and carrying out thorough cleaning at our site.
Thank you very much Matrix!

They did a brilliant job with cleaning my kitchen, sealing my windows and completing a thorough and detailed survey. The team were also very helpful and friendly and gave me some good advice. I couldn’t have got a better team or company to do the work that was needed. Reasonable and good service all round. Recommend and would use them again.
