Honestly I don’t even know where to start, this software has done so much for me. MasterX saved my garage, and I don’t say that lightly.
I had a customer with a 2020 Citroën C3 that had been sitting for 3 months because his key fell in water. I tried plenty of solutions, nothing would work on his MD1CS003 ECU without MCU ID. With MasterX I did the immo off no problem, the customer finally got his car back. 3 months of being stranded sorted in one job. That kind of case stays with you.
Day to day it’s the same story, the solutions actually work, no dead ends, no wasted time. And when you have an issue or a question the support replies at any hour, 7 days a week 24 hours a day, they don’t let go until it’s sorted.
The only software I recommend in my field.

I strongly advise against using masterxresolve.com.
The software is advertised as a professional chiptuning solution, but in reality, it delivers dangerous and incorrect files.

In my case, a manual solution for a SID803A ECU resulted in a P0000 fault and limp mode. When I contacted support, they suggested an AdBlue reset... on a vehicle that doesn't even have an AdBlue system. This shows a complete lack of basic technical knowledge.

Furthermore, they refused to provide Stage 1 files that were explicitly included in my license, demanding an additional €4000 for a "higher" license. They refused a refund, and I only got my money back through a Stripe chargeback. Be careful – they are known for blocking users who criticize their low-quality, AI-generated files.
