Both team members that I worked with today were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Ed took his time to break everything down and made sure I understood not only the platform and how it works but also explained to me how the investment works. When it was time for him to hand me off to Tommy, he made sure that we were connected prior to leaving the call. Tommy didn't rush me through the process of making my first investment and when we hit a glitch he stayed with me and helped me make the necessary corrections to complete the process.

If you are considering utilizing Masterworks to start or grow your portfolio, I highly recommend doing it.

The communication about the art is great, the interface is easy, and the opportunity to be part of and invest in the art world at such a high level is truly one of a kind.

Invested over 5 years ago. Art downgraded every year, and funds mostly locked. This is basically like a scam at investors expense.

I had a very negative experience with Masterworks. Withdrawing funds turned out to be unnecessarily difficult, which is concerning for any investment platform. Like many others, I ended up losing a significant portion of my investment, though fortunately, I had not invested a large amount.

What is particularly disappointing is seeing several YouTubers promote Masterworks without addressing these issues. I generally respect Sorelle Amore’s content, but I genuinely struggle to understand why she would recommend this platform. It undermines trust.

Overall, the experience felt opaque and frustrating. I would urge others to approach with caution.

Excellent market place with very clear information on the art.

Very hard to get a list of invested portfolio and what exited on the phone. Feature parity between Phone and web needs improvement.

Ich habe bei dem Unternehmen ein Diversified Art Portfolio angespart. Als ich es verkaufen wollte gab es zunächst große Verzögerungen durch einzuhaltende Fristen und kurz bevor es soweit war, teilte mir die Firma mit, Sie habe das Produkt "disolved", d.h. aufgelöst und ich sein nun im Beitz von ca. 200 Anteilen an Gemälden, die ich, wenn ich wollte einzeln auf Ihrem Handelsplatz versuchen könne zu verkaufen. Bisher habe ich einmal eine miniale Auszahlung erhalten und bekomme praktisch kein Geld zurück. Aus meiner subjektiven Sicht sind das Betrüger! Mein Rat: Finger weg!

A great way to diversify your investments. Great selection combining well established painters like Basquiat with veterans like Warhol and up and coming “rising stars” as well. Realize there are significant fees — in the 12% range as well.

Make no mistake. Completely legitimate and aboveboard.

Never invest your money here! Invested my money in a special DAP, allowing me to withdraw on an annual basis. Than after a year they broke up the DAP as they couldn’t sustain the withdrawal request from clients. Now I’m sitting with 1000’s of worthless shares. With them unwilling to even compensate me at cost of entry basis.

Say it again, please invest your money in an index fund or something else. Not here, thank me later
