Caution: Avoid Master Matchmakers Service
My experience with Master Matchmakers Matchmaking Service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others considering their services. Initially, they seemed professional and eager to help, but once I signed the contract and paid, their behavior took a drastic turn.
It has been over three years since I joined, and during that time, I have received only two matches. Both matches were completely outside of my specified criteria and located far from where I live, making any potential relationship impractical.
Communication with Master Matchmakers Matchmaking Service has been virtually nonexistent. Emails and calls requesting updates or expressing my dissatisfaction have been ignored. When I did voice my concerns publicly through a negative review, I received harsh text messages from their owner. This intimidation tactic left me fearing further retaliation.
Upon reviewing the contract more closely, I discovered that there is no timeline specified for delivering matches, giving them free rein to drag out the process indefinitely. Furthermore, they explicitly threaten clients within the contract itself against posting negative reviews, casting doubt on the authenticity of their positive feedback.
Due to my fear of retaliation, I am posting this review under a fake alias and email. It is deeply concerning that a company would resort to such unethical practices to suppress honest feedback from dissatisfied customers.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Master Matchmakers Matchmaking Service. You would be better off exploring free services or more reputable and transparent matchmaking options. Master Matchmakers Matchmaking Service not only fails to deliver on its promises but also engages in intimidating tactics to silence legitimate criticism.

We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide excellent service to every client. However, I vigorously deny this accusation. This reviewer states that they are leaving the review under a fake name and fake email address, so we obviously can't verify that this review even comes from an actual client of ours.
To clarify our practices: We have never threatened or intimidated any client for leaving honest feedback. We welcome constructive criticism as it helps us improve our services. However, we reserve the right to discontinue service when a business relationship becomes untenable if a client is disparaging us.
Our contracts clearly outline our service process, timelines, and policies, which all clients review and acknowledge before signing. We maintain regular communication with all of our active clients through multiple channels and encourage everyone to check their voicemail and junk/spam folders to ensure they are receiving our outreach.
We are proud of our track record and the many successful relationships we've helped facilitate. Our commitment is to providing quality, compatible matches rather than rushing introductions that don't meet our clients' specified criteria.
I met someone
I had a really great experience all around. While not every man they suggested was ideal for me, they were all in line with what I was looking for. They were all relationship ready, emotionally and financially secure, attractive, and successful at their chosen path. We had a lot more in common, but chemistry is hard to predict. I can say that I met great guys I otherwise wouldn't have had a chance to meet and I'm thankful for the effort. Oh, and I met someone. So that's nice too.

I hired this company and gave them over a year. They produced no matches and when I asked for a refund they offered 10%. This company lied to get me sign and then wouldn't stand behind their product. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish you all the best of luck just the same.
I see the company responded and clearly they think a 10% refund is a "generous refund policy". The facts are the facts. I am not lying. This is not libel. They can say they have phone records all they want, I also kept my records. This is not a mission to besmirch but only an effort to warn others. I stated my concern prior to hiring the company, they completely failed on that variable despite reassuring me over and over again that they wouldn't and their response is to offer a 10% refund. Buyers please beware. I refused to take the 10% refund because I thought it was more important to warn other's of the deceitfulness of this company. I want you to be successful but this is not the right company to hire for that success.

Tim is leaving negative reviews wherever he can, and misstating facts. He may have his own "records" but our calls are recorded for this very reason. We've listened to the calls in question, and either Tim ignored what he was told, or he couldn't hear what was said. After more than a year of trying to match him in good faith and good conscience, and suggesting several possible matches, our best and final offer to settle this matter outside the court of public opinion was *20%* (not 10% as he claims). We offered him 20% of his money back after working diligently to find him a match to accept for well over a year, and he refused anything less than a full refund. The total fee he Tim paid included the cost to screen him with a background check, and for the hours of personal coaching that he was provided satisfactorily, according to his written testimonial.
Not only were the conversations recorded that Tim had with our representatives both before and after placing his purchase, we also sent him multiple emails, both before and immediately after purchasing the service to make it clear in no uncertain terms that because 1) he lives in a very rural area of Vermont, 2) he refuses to travel to meet any matches, and 3) he refuses to consider anyone who would relocate to his area, our job will be uniquely challenging. We made it clear that we cannot conjure up or manufacture these possibilities from thin air, and that "it could take well over a year to get matched". When we reiterated this immediately after he placed his purchase he had a right to request to cancel the service then and there, *and receive a 90% refund*. Instead of canceling, he chose rather to acknowledge this risk and proceed with the service. We also have the fairest Refund Policy in the industry which states that if a client does not believe the service is progressing to their satisfaction, within three months of us trying, he or she may request a refund of their Matchmaking Fee.
Due to the extraordinary and rare fact that Tim did not met a match in over a year, we offered him *a 20% credit* to voluntarily terminate our service. We are also willing to split the cost to arbiter with anyone who feels an objective, neutral third party should privately resolve any dispute to protect people's privacy.
We firmly believe we have continued to act truthfully, morally and ethically, over more than a year of trying to match Tim. And yet still, he was unwilling to accept anything but a full refund which is wholly unfair to the good people who worked in good faith on his behalf.

Hello Carolyn. We're sorry you felt the need to write this review. I can see from a history log of your account that we've considered matching you with almost a dozen men since you signed up for our service and you had very nice things to say about your coach. You exercised your right to refuse matches with men that you felt we're not right for you, and some of these men we considered for you did as well. That is par for the course. However, every man we considered introducing you to was verified, vetted and qualified for our service as promised in our agreement. Our records show that multiple attempts were made to reach you by phone. We left voicemails, sent more than a few text messages and emails that were never acknowledged, or returned. When this happens we simply assume that our client has met someone, and they are not in need of our services at that time. This is not unusual. Unlike other services, we allow our clients to place their search with us on hold at any time for as long as they like and whatever reasons they wish. However, we do not offer refunds after the window for a refund has closed. We are also the only service that gives our clients unlimited hold time, and the right to give their remaining matches to someone else if they no longer need the matches themselves. We're sorry this experience did not work out to your satisfaction, but we wish you the best of luck in your effort to meet your match.
A complete waste of money
For me this was a complete waste of money. There is no accountability. There is no cost sharing if they cannot find a suitable match. They will say that some people are just not ready. With the cost of the service I believe they could do much, much better.

Our service is intended for persons based in the United States. After signing up for our service Joan told us that she would be residing in Mexico from the summer of 2021 to the summer of 2022. Although she said she would be willing to fly back and forth to meet someone, with COVID very much still an issue, many men haven't been receptive to meeting her under the circumstances. We would be happy to resume our search for you Joan if you are able to date more easily in the US.

If it wasn't for Jill and Jules and Kim I'd still be dating liars and cheaters on dating apps. Instead I'm in love with the man of my dreams. I never would have expected them to find me the ideal match the very first try. Thank you a hundred times. I am forever grateful.

Based on all the so called reviews I read I thought this company was reputable and great. Turns out, they are liars, fakes, charlatans and con artists. I'm not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from! Suspicious!
Competitor? Didn't know there were other con artists competing for your business.
Fake review? More like fake company.
As if anyone would go out of their way to write a review about a company they hadn't dealt with before. Such professionalism!

When Kelly was asked to help us complete his profile by providing recent photos he replied that he had “lost interest”. He never provided current photos to represent him with. We did our best to encourage him to participate in the spirit of the service to receive the introductions promised, but he simply chose to forfeit the service instead.

I signed up in December 2021 so still fairly new to the matchmaking experience. The team is full of professionals, great listeners, and coaches who have my best interest and preferences in mind. The team is also responsive and open to feedback throughout the process. I am grateful to have MM as my service and look forward to meeting my match.

Don't be dupped.
I joined Master Matchmakers in June of 2019. Unfortuneatly I was unaware the Country was going into a Pandemic. Regardless, I completed all that was asked of me. Paid an inordinate amount for counselling which provided nothing that I didn't already know.
The matches were completely inconsistent with my requests. The first match was already in a relationship, the second was completely across the Country and when I asked is he willing to relocate the answer was he was. He was not! The third match did not want to meet and the fourth said I was not what he was looking for.
This experience leads me to believe they do not actually match you with someone you are actually looking for, but instead someone who might workout. This is not what I paid for. Don't be dupped into believing "matchmakers" actually read your profile and look for someone who you are looking for.

Hello Jenni. We're sorry you were unhappy with our service. You purchased three Matches and you received three Matches. You met two men in person and one man virtually. Unfortunately we cannot ensure you, or anyone, that the men you meet will reciprocate your interest. It is important for us to point out though, we don't provide "counseling". We provide "coaching", which is intended for us to get to know you better so that hopefully you only need to meet up to a handful of people before we find you "the one". Through this coaching element we aim to provide you with as much support, direction and guidance as we can for you to "hit it off" with your ideal match. We would never introduce you to someone "in a relationship". We confirm before making any introductions that both people are single. It is not uncommon though for someone to use a made-up excuse to back out of a match. "I met someone" is often considered a polite a way to stop seeing someone without "ghosting" them. We do our best to introduce our clients to someone they could see themselves in a serious relationship with. We ensure that if there is distance involved, both would agree before accepting the introduction that it would be a non-issue if there was chemistry between them. We like to do our best to try to satisfy every client so please contact us directly so we can do our best to improve your opinion of our service.
Waste of money and time .
This program has 2 phases . During phase 1 they provide “ coaching” this is when they ask you to write them a review . During phase 2 they start with the “ matching” . This is a horrible waste of money , by matching you , what they mean is sending you old profiles of people on already existing dating sites and apps, for the most part without checking their background or even if they even look like their pictures. Most “ candidates “ sent my way were from ok Cupid or tinder , where their pictures were at the least 15 years old . Some of these “ candidates “ were also struggling physically and financially . There absolutely no background check on the “ candidates “ sent your way . Pictures are old or fake. Many candidates were currently unemployed and crying about it . Don’t waste your money with these people

Hello Alex. I think you may have us confused with another service because we absolutely run criminal background checks on everyone we represent. No exceptions. We also verify that everyone's photos are current, complete and accurate. We know other services that don't.
We provide coaching to add as much value as we can to our clients' love lives. Coaching is not only intended to directly benefit the client by giving them actionable insights, it is also intended to indirectly benefit the client as the coach advocates on behalf of their client to the rest of our staff in an effort to produce the best outcomes possible. Most of our clients appreciate the insight and perspective of an objective third party that might otherwise be unattainable to them.
And yes, while we do recruit outside of our database on behalf of our clients (to ensure there is no stone left unturned), unlike other matchmakers not only will we *always* verify these individuals' photos are current, complete and accurate we *always* conduct thorough criminal background checks.
Without more details about you specifically or your particular case with us we cannot comment any further, but we certainly appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck in your effort to meet your match.
The Coaching Surprised Me
My personal coach made me feel comfortable opening up and telling her things I would've have usually told anyone. I really appreciate her suggestions and alternative point of view. I appreciate the in-depth methods they use to get to know their clients and help them better understand themselves based on their experience. As a result of their matches and feedback I'm much better equipped to communicate my thoughts and feelings with women I'd like to know better.

Your staff matched me up with a woman who I would have never met on my own. I went through 4 other matches, and then was introduced to Diane. After talking and texting alot, we finally met up and it was like we had known each other for years. Why? Because of your team's screening process and carefully matching the candidates. When I first began at Master Matchmakers, I was asked to explain who I was looking for in a match. I wrote down that I knew I wasn't going to meet the woman of my dreams in a bar. I was looking for someone special, someone who I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I've fallen in love with this beautiful woman and I know my search is over.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this service. From the very first person I spoke with and everyone in between, everyone has been professional, compassionate, and informative. The date coaching is a must! I learned so much that has already improved my life. The matchmaking service is like having your own personal wingman.
