Disposable at a higher price

I am a 60 year old man who could splurge on myself in my golden years, within reason. High end product should not just stop working. You expect that type of experience on disposable product with disposable price. Master and Dynamic doesn't provide support for their broken product. What they do provide is for you to spend more money on their "high-end" product with 15 - 20% discount.

Best customer support I've ever…

Best customer support I've ever received. Fast, courteous, and beyond what we could have expected. They really went out of their way to make us feel we were taken care of. Thanks for the help with my headphones!

Overpriced products and fake warranty

Overpriced products and no real warranty.

I purchased a pair in August 2020. In March 2021 the microphone stopped working.
Apparently this happens if used with Android or anything non Apple as their products was designed for Apple (says nowhere on the website!)
And they don't want to honour the 2 year warranty.

When the product failed on me the first…

When the product failed on me the first time they sent a replacement, a few weeks after receiving my return. When it failed the second time and I requested a refund they stopped communicating and pushed another replacement for a different color. The batteries only last an hour max on the wireless earphones. What a scam. Avoid at all costs!

Second to none customer service.They…

Second to none customer service.They really put the customer above all else.Don't know how they do it but the fastest post sale customer support despite the increase in electronic traffic.

When you buy a pair of headphones for about €400 you consider this an investment or something that you will replace-pay again in two years after very little use?

When you buy a pair of headphones for about €400 you consider this an investment or something that you will replace-pay again in two years after very little use?

The worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. You cannot be a premium brand without premium customer support. A serious defect appeared to my Alcantara MH30. (I used them only during my travel/flights = 10 hours total) and kept them in perfect condition in their pouch). It is a defect Master and Dynamic answered me they cannot repair! Only a month after the warranty end all they offered was a 25% discount to buy a new pair! This means 370 for my first pair + 300 for the new pair = 670 just to have headphones that are working properly and because Master and Dynamic cannot repair the defect
