Master supplements is one of the best…
Master supplements is one of the best supplements I recommend to my patients. Our representative, Hope, is great and anytime I need something she ensures I get it. They also offer some of the best education webinars which helps keep me updated on how to best recommend treatment to my patients.

Order was not delivered to the address I had requested. Even Double checked my order to ensure that it had not been my fault. I am not mixing you up with another company. Yes you have delivered to me before but I have two houses. I was clear in where I wanted it delivered.
Aside from the misdelivery, I love the product. Five stars!
Next time I will call customer service just in case it is the shop pay order website causing the problem. Thanks for the reply.

Hello! I see you have placed a total of 3 orders with us through our U.S.Enzymes site, and they have all had the same Shipping and Billing address. The billing is different from the shipping, but we have entered them correctly from what we can see; the shipping label matches the address that was entered online. The last order we received was on Tuesday 5/28 and it as delivered on Friday 5/31.
I see your orders did come in through via ShopPay method so that feature may be recognizing an old address as the default but we are not able to change that on our end but we are happy to walk you through it and try to help. You can use the Check out as a guest feature as well. Please feel free to call our Customer Service @800-926-2961. Bill or Blake can help make this right and I apologize for the inconvenience!
Lastly, 1 star reviews are very damaging for us and we take pride in making every single customer happy, please consider updating your review by following the link in this response e-mail.

Hi John, your order came in at 5:55pm Friday June 7th, after our business hours had closed for the day. Your order shipped promptly the following business day, Monday June 10th and we show it as being delivered today Wednesday, 12th at 11:55am. A 1star review is very damaging for us, please if you would be so kind to revisit that review via the response in your e-mail inbox, it would be GREATLY appreciated! As for the products, we guarantee them with a 100% money-back return policy so if you don't feel better, you don't have to pay!
Compassionate Care
Jeff listened. He wanted me to understand what the company offers, and then he listened to me and asked questions that helped us deterimine how to begin supporting my very unhappy gut. I feel safe, and know there's help available if adjustments are needed.

Unhappy with Shipping
Disappointed to purchase a product that is supposed to be kept refrigerated, and see that it was not shipped with an ice pack or some way to keep it cold.
Previous orders have been handled better.

Hello, trust our third-party testing that shows our probiotics are FULLY guaranteed through the expiration date, even including short transit times. Icepacks only offer superficial stability and actually draw moisture in to the package which is bad for the dry probiotic powder. We control the water content and oxygen content in every bottle in numerous Quality Control measures, so I can fully assure you after 20+ years of doing this, that your product is fully active! If you don't feel the positive difference in taking our products, we guarantee them with a 100% money-back policy!
Best company to work with!!!!
Master Supplements is one of the top companies that we enjoy working with. We never have issues with things being out of stock and if they ever are they are back in stock right away. They have great communication and ship orders out very quickly and always willing to help faster shipping if we or a client needs it.
