My first experience with Masksheets was really great. Christmas 2024 I purchased some items and they shipped out quickly. Unfortunately, my package was stolen from my building mailroom and I was distraught wondering if they would be able to help me figure out what to do since I've never shopped with them before. Thankfully the customer service rep I was in email contact with helped me resolve the issue and it was a huge relief. I think they have great deals and very solid customer service!

They have great prices on most k beauty and I've never had a problem with my orders. They take a bit to get here but so do all the places.

Never received the product I bought. Customer service is unresponsive. Likely a scam.

Thank you for having an outstanding turnaround. I got all my skincare in perfect packaging. So far every product has been great for my skin. No negative reactions or rashes with these products. I have an autoimmune condition so I have to be extra careful with chemical & products. I will definitely continue buying through this website as long as prices don’t get increased. Looking forward to add more items such as toners, serums & moisturizers. Happy customer! 😍

I bought masks from masksheets.com. I immediately got a confirmation email, and my order shipped within days from New York. It arrived quickly and everything was as described. Definitely a good experience!

Great shopping experience. Products arrived at my door in two days and they were all in perfect condition. Plus great price and products selections.

****BEWARE, FAKE PRODUCTS****

I bought a couple boxes of Jayjun sheet masks and they were fake; they did not have the little magnetic stickers

I placed 6 orders with Masksheet since November 2020 and I have never had any difficulties with this site. Although their selection is more limited than Stylevana or YesStyle, Masksheet is the most reputable. That being said, if you are making a first time purchase I recommend it be a small one, in case you encounter any issues such as have been noted in other reviews. However, I do trust Masksheet and will continue to use it.

Never received my package, and tried to contact them, but no response after several emails, they don't have any phone number to call,
It seems like scam website.

Ordered from them multiple times, shipping is fast. Prices are cheap compared to places like Ulta or Sephora. Their selection is absolutely incredible. Can not be more happy with them!

UPDATE:
I still haven’t gotten a reply and I wrote to them again.

They shipped my order and I received an e-mail with the shipping number.
I didn’t receive my package which wasn’t their fault but my own country’s shipping company’s fault. I was told by that shipping company to contact the seller and I then wrote an e-mail to MASKSHEETS to explain the problem but they never answered and I still haven’t gotten a refund or anything.

I did my research and decided this was a legit source. I received my KF94 masks in about 8 days. Individually wrapped and comfortable (and I’m a big guy). I’m ordering again.

Great to order from a US retailer - good prices, prompt shipping updates & with the free shipping I receive my order within a week of placing. They're reputable & I highly recommend.

I used this site due to Yesstyles covid shipping restrictions and I was very well surprised, great value products, shipped in great condition and were exactly what I asked for. Definitely recommend

I never received my goods or even a confirmation email, then they refused to refund or resend.
