I was also caught on Instagram. They started deducting money without my consent and I managed to contact someone calling himself Paul Mazur, and asked for a refund. He said that he couldn't refund me but that I could buy products with their credits, which seem to be fake as well. I never asked for anything from them and they never contacted me. THEY ARE A SCAM. I wish someone could advise how we can report them and have them blocked permanently.

Si quieres cancelar esa suscripción ya te cobran 7 euros.
Pero no te lo pierdas, a los dos dias dicen que ya no queda producto y que te devuelven el dinero del producto pero ya se han llevado los 7 euros de la cancelación de la suscripción! Penoso

Estafadores de primera a mi me han estado cobrando desde hace 6 meses cargos de 45 euros cada 15 días ,he tardado en darme cuenta y me han cobrado más de 500 euros …INCREÍBLE!!, te la cuelan como miembro gold sin dar tu consentimiento por marcar una casilla engañosa y luego se hacen ellos de oro a tu cuenta.Además se supone que esos 90 euros se convierten en 90 créditos para gastar en su tienda a la que luego accedes como miembro y te cuesta todo el triple ,incluyendo 12 euros de gastos de envío que te cuelan y que esos 90 euros que te cobran al mes los tiene que gastar a los 30 días o te caducan y así todos los meses hasta que te roban 90 euros al mes que se van caducando porque obviamente no sabes que te están cobrando.Una Vergüenza .
Ya los he denunciado a la OCU,ahora policía y teníamos que unirnos para hacer publicaciones en Facebook,Instagram etc…incluso voy a hablar con amigos míos de periódicos para que al menos la gente sepa que clase de páginas online cómo esta engañan a la gente ofreciendo suscripciones para luego robarte.
Desde luego conmigo se han equivocado porque no pararé hasta que esto llegue a su fin!
Quiero añadir que se han puesto en contacto conmigo para llegar a un acuerdo y decirme que están dispuestos a hacerme devolución de mi dinero dado que fue un mal entendido ,de momento estoy esperando a que lo hagan si esto sucede lo pondré en conocimiento de todos.

Una auténtica estafa y lo que no entiendo es que aún se encuentre en la red. Ya puse la denuncia y siguen estafando. Cuidado con esta empresa porqué al realizar un pedido te dan de alta en una suscripción de 44 euros sin aceptarlo y si les informas qué deseas la baja te cobran 6,95. Sin ningún tipo de información, por lo menos por mi parte, lo he reclamado espero que me lo devuelvan. Porque además todavía estoy esperando mi pedido, no me lo han entregado, me dicen qué no estoy en casa y me llega el email de las 6 de la mañana, vaya ladrones que sois, solamente tenéis que ver las opiniones qué tenéis todas nefastas y la experiencia malísima. Mucho cuidado con esta empresa.

Todo bien hasta que te das cuenta que cuando adquieres cualquiera de sus productos, también lo estás haciendo a su servicio de membresía. Si te quieres dar de baja te cobran 6,95€ si o si.

HUGE scam equivalent to criminal theft...
If there was a way to give negative stars then Mash Skincare would fully deserve them. This is a complete scam most likely equivalent to criminal theft so nobody should ever do any business with this site EVER!!
After placing an order with them I expected they would be honorable and send the goods and honestly sort of forgot about it. After a YEAR had passed while cleaning up old emails I realized I never received anything so got in touch with Customer Service to follow up. The agent initially was actually helpful and offered the option of re-shipping the goods or issuing a refund. I requested that the goods be shipped and was told it would happen right away.
Then after another month had passed and nothing arrived I got in touch with Customer Service again and chatted with Evangelyn. It was nothing short of ridiculous how daft and completely stupid this person was. First they told me that the refund had been issued which was odd because I never selected that option, plus the card I used for the purchase had since been de-activated so I would never receive the refund anyway. When I advised them the card was no longer valid they again confirmed the refund had been issued??????
At this point I requested to be transferred to a manager and was told "Unfortunately we are unable to refund the previous charges. We do advise to spend the credits on our online shop". This was surprising since they had already twice confirmed the refund was issued and we ended up here because when I spent actual money in their shop then never actually delivered the products I gave them money for. Needless to say my confidence was not 100% they would be able to do so if I spent the credits.
I then requested the manager again and was told "We are happy to hear you'd like to spend your balance and even happier to help you! All you need to do is to log in using your email address as the username -...". I now demanded to speak to a manager as it was clear the level of mental capacity in this person was nil, and that was only reaffirmed when they responded with "We apologies for inconvenience. But our system will not create an account if you didn’t sign up."
Now clearly I had an account and had signed up, AND they knew this since they already twice confirmed the refund was issued before saying they couldn't issue one. I stopped arguing with the idiot and just kept demanding to speak to a manager to which I was told "I can confirm the account is now cancelled." and then the chat was terminated.
It was so frustrating and insulting and these people deserve to be imprisoned for how they are taking advantage of consumers. I NEVER asked for a refund, I asked for delivery. I also NEVER asked for a credit to be made for the account that apparently I still needed to open. And I NEVER had my issue resolved or even properly addressed before they terminated the chat and cancelled my account.
Mash Skincare are scammers, liars and theives. Save yourself the frustration and do not give them a cent of your hard earned money as they have zero intention of sending you the products you purchased with them instead just keeping your cash and then cancelling your account after you call them out for not operating with integrity.

The gift card contains credits that can be spent on any of our products from a wide variety of brands with VIP Discounts. If not canceled after the trial period of 3 days, your subscription will start your Top-Up fee to recharge your credits in your account.
As a User of the Website you have the option to purchase the products of their choice offered on the Website, or to become a member of the loyalty or membership program, making recurring credit top-ups to benefit from more advantageous conditions.
In the event that you wish to cancel your membership plan, There are two options;
- You can cancel the membership service without incurring extra fees if remain with the current membership for an extended period of thirty (30) days starting the date of the request, or
