My experience with Martin Skip Hire was very positive from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and their team was helpful in recommending the right skip size for my needs. Delivery was prompt and the driver placed the skip exactly where I requested with great care.
Throughout the hire period, communication was clear and professional. When it came time for collection, they arrived on schedule without any hassle. The overall service felt reliable and efficient and the pricing was fair with no hidden costs.
I would definitely use Martin Skip Hire again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable waste removal service.

The delivery team are really helpful. However the teams on the phone are not - called multiple times to be passed through to the customer service team. First time took 45 minutes to get through. Told delivery would be lunchtime - popped out first thing, delivery arrived at 9am.

Called again to get collection timings - can’t get through to the team. Explained this to the team that answer the phone, they couldn’t care less. Every-time I call I’m passed through then the line cuts. Asked for a call back and never received one. Really disappointing Customer Service from the office team.

I was quoted a price on the phone. Then later found it was cheaper to order on line (which I checked by phone to confirm) so I ordered on line. Later my ordered was cancelled due to no skips available, which was contrary to what I was told by my earlier enquiry on the phone.

Ordered a skip, paid for it and to be delivered on Tuesday. A couple of days later received a message that no skips available which put us in a right spot. Did receive my refund a few days later.

Rubbish cancelled my order three times still waiting for a refund managed by a circle waste complete waste of time they offer price Online and after you paid they don’t honour it

Got a quote online for £168, called to check and had availability and was told the price to book on the phone would be £250 +VAT so said I'd book online. Booked and paid but within a few hours had an email saying there was no availability and I'd get a refund.

Booked a skip online and paid for it. I then received an email the next day telling me they had none available in my area for what I booked. I replied asking what size they had available which I never received a reply. Luckily I managed to get another skip from somewhere else

Access to my property can be a bit confusing, lady I dealt with just looked on google and saw and understood what I was saying. Skips arrived when they said they would, i ended up needing two more and was happy to continue with Martins, only minor downside was I didn’t get any deals for the extra business but honestly and clearly, this did not stop me from remaining with them.

Very competitive price and the skip arrived on time. We had an issue (which was our problem) which Hannah at Martins skip hire helped me sort out. I had no issue getting in contact with the company and they were extremely helpful in sorting things out with a revised pick up time. I would definitely use them again.

Stay away from these guys. I ordered the service from another company who sent me one set of prohibited items, only to be told they contracted my request to a local company who have different prohibited items (i.e office chairs, curtains etc).

Stay away they will always add items so they charge you more once the skip is collected.

Turned up exactly when they said. I was amazed they could manoeuvre on my narrow street but they did a great job. Skip placed perfectly.
Both drivers were professional and courteous, as was Sam the coordinator when I phoned to arrange the pickup.
If I need t book another I'll definitely choose them again.
