Compact UK-bred variety for reliable results
Early to mature with 6–7 fruits per plant
Sweet, bright orange flesh, versatile in the kitchen
Butternut Squash ‘Hunter’ has been specially bred for the UK climate, delivering consistent harvests even in unpredictable summers. Its strong, compact plants are ideal for smaller gardens yet still yield an impressive six to seven fruits per season.
The smooth, tan-skinned squashes mature up to a month earlier than many other varieties, revealing succulent orange flesh with a sweet, nutty flavour. Perfect for roasting, soups, purees or risottos, this variety is as practical as it is delicious.
Hardy, easy to grow and highly productive, ‘Hunter’ is the go-to choice for gardeners seeking flavour, reliability and space-saving plants that perform brilliantly in the UK climate.
