Brunnera Macrophylla 'Sea Heart' – Anmeldelser

Large, heart-shaped silver leaves with dark green veining Delicate blue spring flowers above striking foliage Excellent ground cover for shade or partial shade Ideal for borders, woodland gardens and containers Brunnera Macrophylla‘Sea Heart’ is a standout foliage perennial, grown primarily for its impressive, heart-shaped leaves finished in shimmering silver with bold green veining. Compact yet eye-catching, it brings structure and brightness to shaded areas of the garden where colour can often be lacking. In spring, sprays of small, forget-me-not blue flowers rise above the foliage, adding a soft seasonal highlight before the leaves take centre stage for the rest of the year. The foliage remains attractive well into autumn, making this a reliable, long-performing plant. ‘Sea Heart’ thrives in moist, well-drained soil and is perfect for planting at the front of borders, under trees, or in containers where its dramatic leaves can be fully appreciated. Low maintenance and hardy, it’s an excellent choice for adding texture and contrast to shady garden spaces.
