Scammed us
Scammed us! Never approved a payment to them, nor did we ever cash any of their checks they sent us. Stole almost $400 and we had to freeze our accounts! These people are lowlife thieves!

Mike: We are so deeply sorry that a miscommunication happened that would lead you to placing a review on Trustpilot without contacting us first to rectify the problem.
As you no doubt know we contacted you to inquire about why you were less than happy. Your words were "I want my money back and you fu**ed us good."
While your sentiment is respected, and your request (demands) are noted please understand none of it was required.
As you have been our customer three times, 2020, 2023, and this time 2024 we are quite frankly baffled at your reaction to our 2024 transaction. (Details on prior transactions farther below)
A simple phone call, or email, to us on October 4, 2024, would have accomplished rectifying the problem instantly.
On October 7th after our senior customer representative reached out to you, we issued a refund immediately. This refund has been in your possession since October 8th. Yesterday, as in October 9th, our senior customer service representative contacted you on the phone to be sure you had seen your full refund. You said you would check, and the representative assured you he would contact you later in the day to verify your refund was in your possession. The MarineAndBoat senior representative actually called you three more times yesterday afternoon. You were never "available” Our number was left on voicemail and with a woman who answered the phone during one of those afternoon calls so that you could return our call if there were any other concerns. You have not called back so it is a fair conclusion that you did indeed find your refund as we promised you would. If you have any other concerns, expenses, or accolades for that matter, please reach out to us. We only want delighted customers and happy interventions. Whatever failure took place in our transaction of 2024 we regret and apologize if we "missed a step."
In November of 2020, during the height of COVID you allowed us to send you our Internet Media Kit as well as a promotion check for $55.00. Prior to being billed we sent you a letter by US Postal Service mail letting you know the free period would soon expire and to cancel promptly if you did not wish to go farther with our premium Marine Media, SEO, and Internet Services. You choose to cancel which you did so on December 11, 2020. Two weeks after canceling you cashed the promotion check we provided. A complete friendly transaction.
In November of 2023 we again contacted you with a promotion for past customers, one you qualified for having been a participant in 2020. We sent you a promotion check for $100. As before we sent you a notification via first-class US Postal Service on November 3, 2023, advising you that the free period was about up and to cancel promptly if you did not wish to continue beyond the trial period. “Jenny” from your company contacted us on November 8, 2023, and cancelled. Complete friendly transaction #2
In June 2024 we repeated the promotion of 2023, and we again contacted you with a promotion for past customers, one you qualified for having been a participant in 2020 and 2023. We sent you a promotion check for $100. On July 30, 2024, we began social media work on behalf of your business, and we emailed you advising you about that work. On July 31, 2024, the next day, we began scouring the Internet for reviews about your business and then linking your profile to those reviews. We emailed you advising you about that work as well.
As before we sent you a letter by first class US Postal Service mail on July 24, 2024, advising you that the free period was about up and to cancel promptly if you did not wish to continue beyond the trial period.
The next thing we experienced after billing you for the first time was your poor review of you calling us a “scam” and yet never contacting us prior to that review.
If certainly does not appear you considered us a “scam” in 2020, or 2023.
We extend only the best of wishes to you, those you care about, and your business.
