Fantastic service! Having had a nightmare few months with a rental property of mine and the mismanagement from another company I was recommended to Marco Harris. I was contacted quickly by Freddie who was brilliant throughout the whole process; I felt at ease about the whole situation & I cannot thank him and the team enough for taking all the stress away. After the first buyer pulling out the team of Lloyd, Alex, Coren and Steph found another buyer and kept me informed of the progression of the sale up until completion. The team were all extremely helpful.

As we were moving from Cardiff, Alex kindly arranged a video tour of the flat before we could visit in person, which was really helpful. Throughout the purchase, she kept us updated via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring that everything moved along smoothly.

Although she was representing the seller, we truly appreciated her responsiveness and professionalism. A great experience overall!
