Without a doubt Marco Harris will be my go to for all future property needs. The best team making me feel I’m in safe hands and the whole process was seamless and efficient. Vastly different to corporate agents, there was a great level of genuine care and professionalism, which is what I loved. Thank you a million!

From the moment we made contact, to make a sale, our experience was seamless and although they were probably managing lots of different things we always felt like we were always priority. Their approach is modern and refreshing and they made the process stress free. We had some issues with our solicitor during the process and they really went above and beyond with chasing and listening to our many, many vents about them! I was selling my parents' house as they had recently moved into a care home. As a result, I was unfamiliar with and did not live in the area. From the moment I met Lloyd I knew I was in safe hands. He demonstrated a clear understanding of the market which was reflected in a realistic house price and therefore a relatively short and smooth sales period. He was my point of contact throughout the entire process which I very much appreciated. He was adept in assessing potential offers and was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Right from the start, the team at Marco Harris were great! The advice on the current market was honest and informative and the discussions regarding pricing were great. We were under the pressure of time due to a move abroad, which the entire team took into account. They were always forthcoming with updates and the WhatsApp channel with the team regarding our sale on definitely made the whole process slick and easy and definitely brought it into 21st century of communication!
The commitment to communication and honest valuations was refreshing and we would not hesitate to use them again if we need to purchase in the UK again! Highly recommend.

Marco Harris go beyond whats expected in terms of client expectations and delivering on mar and price. Lloyd was expectational in everything that was required. I would recommend Lloyd and Marco harris over any estate agent that we have dealt with.

I attempted to sell my property through the agent I bought it through, 6 years prior. Choosing them as they had knowledge of the house and had the highest sales in the area recently. The property was listed for 6+ months without success before I made the switch to Marco Harris.

The MH advert was night and day compared to the previous agents' advert and the house sold within a week! Sold to a 1st time buyer with multiple offers from other buyers refused.

Really pleased with the ease of progress on our rental property. We both work jobs in a busy, understaffed hospital, so having everything available online and not having to attempt to take time out of work to manage paperwork was an absolute godsend.

We Purchased our house from Marco Harris and I must say I wish the agent we used to sell our property was as efficient as they were ! Nothing was too much trouble any day of the week, we had our own WhatsApp group so everything was instant, makes moving that little bit less stressful.
