Claire at Marc Fegan is an absolute gem! I felt really at ease, especially as it was my first time buying a house and renting a house. Communication was 10/10, she was a available as and when I needed her. I could really trust her and there was no doubt I would want to use MF services to rent the property out, very reasonable fees & very professional service! 100% recommend!

Highly recommend Marc Fegan Estate…
Highly recommend Marc Fegan Estate Agents and in particular Claire, who helped me recently in the purchase of a buy to let property. Such a genuinely nice person, extremely personable and helpful. Marc was also great in taking my calls any time Claire was out of the office. I loved the personal card and gift on completion of the sale, so thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in returning here again and would advise anyone to use this estate agents. Top marks!

First dealt with Marc fegan estate…
First dealt with Marc fegan estate agents when buying a house, Claire was extremely helpful and the communication was fantastic. No sooner had we shown intrest we had a viewing and the buying process began. Since then we now use Marc and the team to manage our rental properties and we plan to work with Marc quite regular in the future. I would highly recommend these guys, especially first time buyers, they will help you every step of the way.

I just can't recommend Marc Fegan Estate Agents enough! Claire and Marc have been so supportive in my whole journey to buying my house. When I went to view houses, they would recommend others to view within my price range and that met my needs. Even after having bought my house, they are still continuing to offer help with anything and any advice I need. Just 2 of the nicest, most helpful people I have met!
