I called marble law june 2025 and it's may 2026 and still haven't settled my case and I paid and the attorney never answers the phone and it cost more for marble than a regular attorney.lack of communication. Just take your money and don't never call back when they say. Just bill you and expect you to pay. Starting to think they are scammers at this point. Already going thru something stressful they will make it more stressful.i been waiting 3 weeks for a call...a follow up...or anything

Divorce is never easy but Mr. Penoso made the process real easy for me, I would recommend him to anybody that need a great lawyer to help them get through a tough situation. If I could give him 10 stars I would without any hesitation. Thanks for the great help!!!

I had one phone call with a marble lawyer and I am being charged thousands of dollars. Their Finacial company AFIRM is continuing to attempt to to collect even after service was canceled.

Listened to my concerns. He was patient and responded clearly. Was a very good conversation and we together formulated the plan to move forward. There was nothing forced. He was fantastic and very informative. One of my best experiences I have ever had with an attorney.

I have been incredibly frustrated with Marble Law and my attorney Brian Hilderly from the first time I had a question arise. I was pitched on their communication and accessible attorneys during the consultation call. I sent a number of emails that were never returned, and very few of the initial promises were followed through on. Now I see why they can charge a flat rate. You get almost nothing from the attorney in return for your money! I submitted a motion without representation before this and it only took 2-3 months max to have a hearing date. I hired my attorney last September and only just had my hearing, which I was also late to because my attorney never even notified me I had a hearing. The portal wasn’t even updated with a date. I’m disgusted that this company can even market themselves as “legal representation.” To cap it all off, I formally complained and after laying it all out I was only given a small portion of my fee back. That’s over half a year of my daughter’s life I won’t get back now, and time I could have been using to productively advance my case with a different team.

It has been a terrible experience after paying $8000. We only get demands from father’s attorney. Not once have we had any demands dealt with. The other attorney is constantly sending emails to the court as Chelsea responds to emails and texts. Nothing has been explained in detail. The money we paid has gone towards texts and emails.

The Customer Service with Marble was great there is communication but not overbearing marketing communication. The communication via phone and email is so very helpful and then also working with the Attorney was great very knowledgeable and very helpful. What I enjoyed most about the process with the Attorney was the initial consultation we were able to discuss everything in a reasonable amount of time because she asked all of the questions needing answers to and she was very knowledgeable. Just the overall experience has been great.

I started this process back in late October, it is now April. I requested from marble to write up a settlement agreement, a process according to marble that was only going to take 6-8 weeks was never completed. After a couple of phone calls and emails my attorney “Susane Kowalski” stopped answering my emails and phone calls after December 17th, and I had only just heard from her only because I had gotten a message from my marble portal saying “settlement agreement was sent to opposing party” and nothing had been completed by attorney. January 14th I still have not heard anything from my legal team so I called customer service and that was when I finally heard something back from para legal “Lorena Light” she too did absolutely nothing besides tell me “we’re checking your status” “and I’ll be discussing your case with Miss Kowalski” again though never gotten any real information back from either one of them. By this time too I had received a couple of messages on my portal both saying “settlement agreement has been sent to opposing party, but I have never seen any paperwork and at this point no one was answering me back and I was done with marble, so I called customer service multiple times. I even said and I know it’s on my account and on there notes from the many times I called, “I want a refund, and I don’t want my attorney to work on my case anymore” and yet of course a few days later my settlement agreement is now “complete.” So nothing got done until I requested a refund and I know for a FACT that I said “to stop working on my case.” So now I’ve called multiple times and I keep requesting for a refund and to talk to someone besides the customer service people and I can now no longer request a fund because my service is “complete” but how is my service complete “marble legal team” if I never went through any legal action with you guys and my paperwork was never “completed” until I said “I want a refund and I want my attorney susane kwolaski to stop working on my case if she even started at all.” So now too according to Marble I can’t get a refund because she “completed my settlement agreement and she had put at least 4 hours of time into it.” But again she only completed it when I requested a refund. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
I am requesting a full refund and I would appreciate if someone can people reach out to me directly so we can discuss this issue further.
