I would not recommend ordering from Marbl. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an international order on 26th May and never received it. After waiting two months, I eventually had to cancel the order on 27th July.
When it came to the refund, I was charged 560 AED including shipping, but they only refunded me 515 AED. Despite contacting them several times, they have not refunded the full amount.
The long wait, lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to refund correctly show that Marbl does not value its customers. I would strongly advise avoiding this company if you want reliable service and fair treatment.

SCAM Company - stealing people's money!!
I placed an order with this brand in May 2025 and have still NOT received it. I have sent MULTIPLE emails over the past few months with no proper response, no resolution, and no refund. They claim “production disruption” as an excuse but continue taking new orders and posting on social media as if nothing is wrong. They are SCAMMING all their customers and stealing people's money, refusing to offer refunds as they claim to be "a small business".
They have now turned off comments on all their Instagram posts, which speaks VOLUMES— other customers have also complained about the same issue, and rather than addressing it, they are hiding to 'protect' their image. This is unacceptable and dishonest behaviour. I STRONGLY ADVISE against ordering from this brand!!!
Marbl - scam - No dress, no refund
I ordered a dress on 21th of june, today 10th of august still didn't got the dress. The customer service always write about delay, due to massive orders, but keep posting advertisment. On 4th august, I wrote, that I wan't to cacel my order. They just wrote sorry for the delay. I still haven't the dress, no money back and the event is already over...

I ordered a dress from MARBL for my wedding, expecting a high-quality, reliable product. What I got instead was a complete disaster from start to finish.
I placed my order on April 22 and received it only on June 2, after multiple unanswered follow-ups. This is way beyond the shipping time they claim on their site.
The dress I received was poorly made, extremely transparent, and absolutely unusable for a wedding.
I had to buy another dress in a rush, just days before the ceremony, because of their delay and lack of professionalism.
I was charged €38 in customs fees, which were never clearly disclosed at checkout.
I also paid €11 for shipping, even though their site states a flat fee of €10.
To top it all off, they issued a store credit instead of refunding me to my original payment method.
Their customer service only sends automated replies and ignores the actual complaints. They even disabled comments on Instagram to silence dissatisfied customers.
I will never order from them again. Between the false promises, hidden fees, poor quality, and complete lack of accountability, this brand is nothing more than a well-marketed scam.

I ordered in May and never received the item. After weeks of silence, delays, and vague excuses, I officially canceled my order in mid-June and was promised a full refund within 7–14 business days. That deadline passed long ago, and I still have not received any refund.
I contacted customer service multiple times and was met with generic replies and empty promises. I have now filed a formal dispute regarding this transaction.
This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I truly regret shopping with Marbl and would not recommend this store to anyone.
Disappointing experience
The website says shipping takes around 5 days, but after 10 days with no updates, I emailed customer service and was only then told that production takes 5–19 business days. It’s now been over a month, I’ve received nothing, and customer service no longer replies. The communication is misleading and the whole experience feels like a scam. Avoid this brand.

Extremely Disappointed – No Refund, No Response
I’ve contacted customer service six times about my refund, and I’ve yet to receive a single response. This follows their claim that my order wasn’t shipped due to a “shortage of materials”—something I now strongly suspect isn’t true.
I was promised a refund over two months ago, and still nothing. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and clearly do not value their customers

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I had an awful experience with MARBLEAPPALER. I placed an order weeks ago and never received anything. I've contacted their customer service multiple times, but they either ignore my messages or give vague excuses. Even worse, they refused to issue a refund. It's basically a scam. I wasted my money and got nothing in return. DO NOT trust this site – they don't deliver orders and they certainly don’t refund your money. Stay far away!
No shipping or updates
Places order on the 5th of May. It was stated 3-5 day shipping. It is now May 20th and there has been no shipping notification or any communication from them.
Based on the comments I’ve seen on their social media recently, it doesn’t look like I will get a response or the actual item.
No Order, No Refund, No Response
I placed my order on April 17th. Today is May 15th, and I still haven’t received it.
I’ve sent four emails, and the only response I got was on May 9th — they apologized for the delay and said they would reach out to their production team for an update.
Since then, nothing.
I emailed again yesterday requesting a refund, but of course, no response to that either.
Stay away!!!
