UPS was several days late without…
UPS was several days late without explanation. When I asked MofA for help, I received none from “Bob,” who disclaimed any responsibility, even though MofA chose UPS. I have purchased maps from MofA previously; this was my first bad experience.

Hello Mr. Henderson, I'm very sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with your ordering experience with us. When you place an order on our website, the default shipping option is the least expensive- in this case it was UPS ground- but you have the ability to select another option if you wish. We packaged and shipped the order within the expected time frame. I'm very sorry that UPS delivered it late. We did call UPS on your behalf but we were told by the representative that there is nothing we could do, that the package was on the way and it would be delivered soon. We have no control over UPS or any other shipping company, and there is nothing we can do to influence the speed of the delivery once the package is in their care. Unfortunately, unexpected delays happen in shipping. I'm sorry your package was delayed in shipping and that you were unhappy with our response. If you have a tight deadline for shipping in the future, please feel free to reach out to us and let us know so we can try to get the package to the shipping company right away. Thank you for your orders!
