Malheureusement, je n'ai pas fait les recherches nécessaires et je n'ai pas vérifié ce site. Il n'a rien de canadien et il n'y a pas de boutique physique à Vancouver.
J'ai commandé trois robes et aucune n'est de la qualité décrite. Il n'y a absolument aucune étiquette indiquant la composition du tissu ou les instructions de lavage. L'une d'elles était initialement décrite comme étant en coton, mais il est évident qu'elle ne l'est pas. C'est du synthétique pur ! La fabrication est de mauvaise qualité et elles ne correspondent pas aux photos.
La livraison a pris plus de trois semaines. Si la qualité était correcte, j'aurais dit que c'était formidable, mais ce n'est pas le cas. J'ai essayer de les renvoyer, mais leur adresse électronique n'est pas bon, c'est impossible de les contacter. Je ne commanderai plus jamais via des publicités sur Facebook.
N'achetez surtout pas chez Maple Boutique Vancouver ! C'est une arnaque.

I ordered 3 items, 1 came after a long wait and it was nothing like what I ordered. Very cheaply made. I requested a refund and then they ghosted me. Very bad company!!!!

I too should have read the reviews here. My advise is don't buy anything from them. I ordered 2 dressed in size M. It took quite awhile to receive them and when they arrived they were XL. The material was nothing like look of the material in the photo. The dresses have no tags to indicate what they are made of, definitely manmade something. I tried to return them, so I emailed the support email they say to email for return instructions. No response to many emails I sent. I also sent emails to all the other addresses on the website, no response. Obviously not a legitimate company. I also notice a number of other website that look identical, selling the same items. I wouldn't buy from them either. These dresses will be donated to a charity shop, hopefully someone will find them useful. Also since ordering I seem to be getting a lot more spam emails.

Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and check this site out. There is nothing Canadian about it and there is no storefront in Vancouver.
I ordered three dresses of which none of them are the quality described. There is absolutely no label on the dresses to show the fabric or how to wash. Originally, one was described as cotton and there’s no way it’s cotton. Purely synthetic!!! They are poorly manufactured and not as in the pictures.
Delivery took over 3 weeks. If their quality was OK, I’d say wonderful but it’s not. I am not even going to try to return it because from when I’ve read it’s almost impossible. I’ll take my loses and next time never order from ads on Facebook.
Do not buy from Maple boutique Vancouver! This company is a scam.

Very disappointed. This company presents itself as Canadian, but it’s clearly not based in Canada, which feels misleading. Shipping took far longer than expected, and despite multiple emails, no one responded.
The shoes finally arrived and the sizing is completely off compared to Canadian sizing — way too small — and the quality is not what was advertised. I am now trying to return them and still can’t get a response.
Poor customer service and lack of transparency. I’m still waiting to be contacted to arrange a return.

It was almost a relief to read so many reviews from so many other dissatisfied and disgusted customers.
My only regret at this point is that I didn't do any due diligence on "Maple Boutique" before ordering from them.
My experience is one of being blatantly lied to.
I thought I was purchasing a cashmere sweater and what I received was a crappy acrylic blend of some sort. It is a heavy sweater, not soft, and is actually stretchy. Nothing about it even slightly resembles cashmere. Also, not a single label sewn in anywhere on the garment.
No contents label , label of origin, nor any washing instructions.

I have sent multiple emails in hopes of returning the item and being refunded.
All of the emails have been ignored.
I will now stop and not waste any more time or energy on this terrible, fraudulent, scamming company!

Terrible customer service, they don’t reply to the emails, took almost a month to deliver (they say it’s Canadian)
The item was not at all the picture and description.
I’m trying to get a refund and can’t get it because I can’t get in touch with the ….i will report them to the BBB.

This company is disgusting. Their return policy involves inflated return charges. They do not stand by their products and prefer to offer you a 10% discount or 15% if you are stupid enough to place another order. They are all sweet and sugary until you want your money back. Do not deal with them. They are hawkers of cheap and inferior Chinese crap. More importantly they pose as a legitimate Canadian company.

I purchased boots 1/2 price at $70 (i'm pretty sure they are plastic and cardboard) and a 'coat' 1/2 price for $70 which was a cheaply made shirt with a hoodie
They are definitely not Canadian made products

There is nothing "Canada" about this company other than reference to a city in Ontario on their website.

Since June they have been advertising, via FB, they were closing, even using the names of the "owners", after years in business. Wanting to support Canadian, sadly I did not look further into the company. The $260 shoes I purchased for $70 on this closing out sale, are not true to size, nor are they worth $25, certainly not over $200. Totally mis-advertised.

When I request to return, I missed the fine print they pointed out, that return is at my cost, and must go to their facility in China, and include a tracking #. Canada Post confirmed $69 to send with a tracking #, $25 without but the company won't accept them. They offered me 15% refund and I could keep the shoes. But they don't fit!! $11 nope. So they bumped it up to 30% - so I still eat $48 for shoes I cannot wear. They finally offered to choose a second pair, which I did. The $80 on sale pair are no better quality than what we can buy at a dollar store! I can't even sell them on FB marketplace for $20 ea, so I guess I donate them to goodwill and chalk this up to experience. Please do not support Maple Boutique Canada.

I ordered couple womans clothes which was linnen and cotton.Appier to be 100% offull!!! acrilic and the linnen pants is transperent offull cotton not warth even $10.I paid $64!
And this is not Canadian store!Is is China!!!

Shoes were cheap plastic, not orthopedic as described and no manufacturing lable. Return address was in China so settled for a 30% refund. Do not buy from this company.

All their products are made in China and are of the cheapest, poorest quality. They sucker you in with low prices due to a “closing out” sale that is never ending. When you receive their product and see how awful it is and request a refund, you have to ship back to China. Should be banned

Maple Boutique is scamming peope. Items ship for Ontario but returns need to go to china. They are falsely suggesting they're canadian - red maple leaf on the website, etc. The item I received was not true to size and cheaply made. When I asked to do a return they offered me 15% of what I paid saying shipping to China would be expensive. Dont buy from Maple Boutique

I got shoes from this fraudulent site as I wanted to support the Canadian company. The product has a cheap smell, cheap look, the shoes are not orthopedic as they claim. It’s pathetic what they sold me for about $80 dollars.
I won’t ever buy from them. If you want to buy runners go to the well known stores don’t throw your money away like I did.
I did read the reviews but didn’t believe what I read as Canadian stores have good reputation right??? Not this one! Stay away and buy from well known stores that have been around for ages.

They say one is born every second..well, add another one to the list! I'm usually careful, but fell for the Canadian owner...wanted to support them. SO WRONG!! Nothing but cheap Chinese Temu type products. Lesson learned..be vigilant when buying online..DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Wish I had!!

The shoes were not "orthopedic" as advertised and were the wrong size. Maple Boutique refused a return and refunded me about one tenth of the price. I learned my lesson, never again online!!!

I too fell for this SCAM!!! The product is junk and will be donated to Goodwill. I too am usually diligent, but they said they were Canadian!!!
