Don’t use this company / person
They are scammers tried to take over a hundred pounds from my account luckily my bank spotted them as fraudulent
And stopped it in time and any future transactions will leave my account, they should be jailed

An appalling Company and one which should be closed down. Be wary of becoming trapped by a so-called ‘Subscription Service’ after making an initial enquiry. And the cost of ONE manual? €149.99 (= c. £129.30 based on today’s exchange rate). If you must, use a credit card rather than a debit card, a cheque or cash.

FRAUD!
Paid less than 1 Euro for a copy of a manual and then had 149.99 Euros scammed from my account.

i was looking to get the manual in the post not sure what sight i went on must be more careful in future, i dont have the time to scroll all that on screen , i do hope that this was a one off payment

Its not the Manual I was Expecting. I thaught it was a REPAIR Manual. It was thr car User Manual that comes with the Vehicle.

Requested Trumpeter HMS Repulse 1941 in 1/350 scale, got Admiral Hipper. Not happy.

It took a couple of days for the information to be received, however the result was first class and I was able to solve the problem.
What I did find amazing was the manufacturer did not supply the instruction manual with the product in the first place!
If it wasn't for Manualsguru, I would still be searching for a solution.

This website is a fraud site, once they have your credit card details they start defrauding you out of large sums of money!!!!
Do not touch them ever!!

After considerable searching this was the only company that provided a English translation of our Spanish manual for Junkers Hydronext 5600S

The manual is what I require but it took longer to obtain than I anticipated

the manual was almost totally unreadable. the pictures were unreadable completely. But what made matters really bad is when they tried to rob my account of another $150.00 three days later!!!!!!!! Thank God for fraud alert, they declined the payment and reached out to me first for authorization which I would never give. Now I have to get another card issued. BAD BUSINESS!!

Purchased a manual for 0.99p.. incorrect manual was emailed to me . Sent an email requesting the correct one but no reply.
Now checked my credit card and they have taken a payment of £130.83 !!

ordered a manual; paid £0.83; they said ‘in progress’ - 3 days later, no progress. I saw the trust pilot comments, phoned my credit card company + they blocked the merchant for 13 months (but still a risk after that 13 mo).

I have never subscribed to this rogue scamming group and I never will. Just refund my payment.
