Genial en el pedido de modelo , es realmente los que buscaba , muy rápido

ManualsGuru is basically a huge rip off.
They sent me instructions for an unrelated machine. Then proceeded to charge me hundreds of pounds.
I have had to fight tooth and nail to get any credit / refund back. and when they did, they used EUR currency and i ended up out of pocket as the original payment taken was in £ sterling. !!!!
I have tried to use them over a while and the site is just NOT worth it.
Borders on fraudulent behaviour.

Diese Anleitung entspricht überhaupt nicht der angeforderten Bedienanleitung für das Handy NOKIA 105 4G 2nd Edition !!!
Entsprechend ist meine Bewertung. Habe deshalb auch keinerlei weiteren Bedarf an den miserablen Leistungen des Unternehmens manualsguru.

Ordered a manual about two weeks ago (about £1) and heard nothing. Then yesterday my bank called to say they had stopped a payment to Manualsguru for £126! Today I received an email from ManualsGuru with a link to the manual! The manual is perfect. However, judging by other reviews, it seems you can easily be duped into a very expensive subscription! Just be careful to look for an 'opt out' box to tick!

Jedoch wenn man einen Bedienungsanleitung sucht und sich bei Ihnen anmelden muss und Gleich bezahlen muss, wo man sofort eine Abo abschließen muss und erst viel Später erfährt das es sich um eine Abo Handelt, wenn eigentlich schon lange alles zu Spät ist. Das Sollten Sie umgehend ändern, das vor den Abo Abschließen und Bezahlen man erfährt das es ein Abo ist! Ebenso sollten Sie auch eine Option anbieten für welche die in absehbarer Zeit nur einen einziges Bedienungsanleitung benötigen und diese als Auswahl anzeigen lassen, Sonst ist alles bestens bei Ihnen.

The requested manual was to be delivered by email in the 24 hours following the placing of the order. It did not arrive but the credit card I used to make the payment was used fraudulently in the succeeding days to the tune of several hundred pounds. The fraudulent purchases had been made in Euros. Fortunately my bank was suspicious and stopped the payments. The bank also told me that, without my knowledge, by agreeing to the original order and giving my credit card details the company, Manualsguru, deemed me to have authorised indeterminate future charges on that card. It really looks like a scam site and I would advise everyone not to do business with it.

This company is a complete FRAUD. They use the bank details of unsuspecting customers to STEAL their money. My bank caught them attempting to commit THEFT and the POLICE have now been informed.
Most manuals can be found online for free, so don't fall for their SCAM.
AVOID at all costs.

el dia 24/08/26, solicite un manual que no he recibido y me han cargado 149 euros. es un Fraude

After ordering my manual for 81p, I downloaded the invoice and noticed it was a 7 Day Promo Offer. Alarm bells! I cancelled the subscription immediately. There was no mention of this at the time of ordering.

Intanto, per la prima richiesta ti chidono meno di 0,95€, poi ti fanno partire un abbonamento do oltre 50€, che mi hanno subito risposto che me lo avrebbero stornato. Per ora sono arrivati dopo 1 settimana abbondante, gli 0,95€, e nell'estratto conto no c'è neanche scritto chi ha fatto l'operazione. Lo storno dell'abbonamento da oltre 50€ sto ancora aspettando. Ha, dimenticavo, non hanno trovato nessuo dei 2 manuali richiesti. Oggi mi mandano un link di una lavatrice completamente diverso, meno male che l'ho trovato da solo sul sito del produttore. Penosi.

si me pasa pongo denuncia en atencion al consumidor y a los Mossos d'esquadra de mi ciudad

This website company are deceitful and have a selling policy that draws you into a contract that you would be unaware of when signing up to purchase a manual.
The manual would cost less than a £1 but in a few days the monthly contract starts with a change of nearly £150.
I did eventually get my money back by getting my bank involved.

Absolutely fantastic service from Manual Gurus. Super quick and very easy to deal with.

Only wanted to enquire about a manual and they tried to take £132 our of my account for a sudscription shocking company

Ten days to get the Manual I needed to fault find !
Poor service !!
