Stunning showroom in Mansfield, media center chosen and fitted in April by exceptional workmen. Joiner, electricians and plasterer were fantastic, workmanship was second to none, was a pleasure to have them in our home, so courteous and professional. The Media center has made such a difference to our home, everyone comments how stunning it is. If your thinking of a media center this is the company to use, you won't regret it

We recently had a multi fuel fire installed in our brand new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. It looks exactly how we imagined and the finish is clean, tidy, and fits perfectly into the space.

From the very first enquiry right through to after the installation, the service was excellent. The team were friendly and helpful at every stage — from sales to surveyors to the installers — and communication was clear throughout, including confirmation of installation times closer to the date.

Installation itself was quick and straightforward, taking less than a few hours! The installers were fantastic: clean, tidy, and respectful of our home. Before leaving, they took the time to light the fire and show us exactly how to use it, which was really helpful. They also answered my questions thoroughly.

When I couldn’t quite remember some of the settings afterwards, a member of the team even offered to come back out the next day to go through everything again with my husband, which really shows their commitment to great customer service.

We’ve only had it a few days but have already had it lit three evenings in a row — it’s so easy to use and far more efficient than we expected. It’s made a real difference to the room already.

We also received a follow-up phone call after installation, which was a lovely touch.

Overall, a smooth, professional service from start to finish — we’re already making plans to have them back for a 2nd fire and we’d definitely recommend them.

Just had media wall built by mansfield fireplaces. The work was carried out to a great standard from Ross and Jake doing all the building Dale doing the electrics and Ryan doing the plastering to bring it all to life. All work was done to plan and no mess was left by anybody on completing their work.Over the moon with it.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out on our fireplace. We had the back of the fire recess re-bricked, and the finish looks fantastic — it’s completely transformed the look of the stove and feels much more solid and professionally done. Josh and Austin were brilliant from start to finish: polite, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They worked solidly all day without any fuss, kept everything tidy as they went, and made sure the area was properly cleaned up before leaving. The attention to detail really shows in the final result, and you can tell they take pride in their workmanship. Would happily recommend them to anyone needing fireplace or stove work — a superb job all round.

This is the way to get a job done. No fuss or confusion just efficiency from very skilled and friendly personnel. Most impressed.

They guided me through the process & asked if I was happy with the work when completed They were friendly, professional & well mannered throughout the day. We wanted to replace our gas fire with electric and called in to the very impressive showroom in Mansfield to see what was available. We were surprised by the comprehensive collection and following a discussion selected what we wanted. We were offered a full installation, take out the old fire, cap the gas, brick up the external flue and install the new fire. Our fitter Dave came on time was excellent, explaining what he was going to do and really very careful, neat and tidy. After installation he showed us the remote control. When he left you wouldn't know he had been everything looked amazing, from start to finish everybody we dealt with was so helpful and professional and we were amazed at the attention to detail. Thank you for a top-class job.

Ollie and Martin arrived when they said they would and just got on with the job. They went through everything at the end and explained what we would need to do to prolong the life of the fire and how damp the wood needed to be and when to sweep the chimney, etc.

They left the house as tidy as when they arrived. Both were polite and I would recommend ‘Mansfield Fire and Stove’

So pleased we had our 2 media walls fitted - they have added a real wow factor to our new home.
Many trades involved with the installations. All arrived on time, undertook their work professionally with no mess at the end. Always with a smile, always courteous - a pleasure to have in our home.
Even more exceptional was a major design change whilst underway. Extending the original concept to add shelves and spotlights was a masterstroke. All credit to the various teams involved who embraced the additional complexity and still managed to complete to a tight time schedule..
In summary we are absolutely delighted with our media walls - beyond expectations - highly recommended.
