Very quick and straightforward. There's another nearby company "left over currency", avoid at all cost, they are cowboys who offer less than half of what ManorFx will give you.

Serious concerns over cash transaction processes
I had a very disappointing experience with Manor FX.
There was a discrepancy with a cash transaction, and what concerned me most was how it was handled. They counted my money wrong and sent me less money. Didn’t even offer to recount. When I raised the issue, no effort was made to properly investigate or even offer a recount at the time. Given that this involved cash, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism.
Instead, my concerns were dismissed far too quickly, which has left me with very little confidence in their processes and customer service.
I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend using this service.

I am sorry to hear that you found your experience with Manor FX disappointing. I can assure you that we have very strict protocols and procedures in place with all discrepancies and followed these to the letter in your case. The moment a variance was noted it was flagged and a second count was completed by a senior member of our team. This was further followed by a review by tape on our machines of the total figures enclosed.
Upon review of the CCTV and having spoken with the staff involved in the counts, it was found that the 100 MDL notes were mixed among the 200's. This can easily occur as the colours are very similar. As a consequence of this we immediately emailed you to explain the inconsistency. When you called us and felt there had been an error on our part we advised you that 2 separate counts had been completed and the tape from our machine counts was read to you over the phone.
Our Office Manager proceeded to email you and explain that as a gesture of goodwill we would be paying you in full, even though there was a note of 200 MDL missing from the consignment. I have since tried to call you to no avail and hope we can discuss the steps taken to put your mind at rest. I can assure you we take any mismatch in figures extremely seriously, even when the amount in question is £7.70. We have paid you in full for less than what was received and hope this reply can satisfy your concerns. I look forward to speaking with you on the matter.
