I am Manohar and I am currently working in the software Industry for the last 14.5 years, 4 years back I struggled with Insomnia. I have overcome this problem and have written a book called "My Sleepless Nights". I provide help to people struggling with Sleep issues without feeling Anxious about sleep. I recommend simple methods that like meditation that help overcome sleep issues.

I had connect with Manohar some time back, he explained me how our brain process things and how we can do some changes in our daily routine, so that we can sleep better, his suggestion helped in sleeping better.
Very good person
Manohar is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable person and has helping nature. I have watched his recent TEDx talk "The Power of Sleep: Unlocking Your Brain's Potential" where he talks about importance of sleep and that shows his expertise in the subject.
Appreciation Review
I had been insomniac for a period of 2-3 months, I tried everything following up a schedule, exhausting my body, diet, etc. But when the problem was not due to external force/factor it was interal I turned to Manohar as I came across his post on LinkedIn at right time. The way he made us understand what might be the core problem hindering sleep and the guidance and methods he suggested actually worked and this has reinforced my view of importance of sleep yet again. Nothing is more important than a healthy life and body, we all work and do follow our dreams but in the end its all about better survival and if your body/health is not that good there's no point in working so hard for what you want to achieve if you dont take care of yourself very well.
I highly suggest Manohar's teachings and guidance as he himself has been through the situation I went through and was the best person I can turn too. Thanks 👍🏻

Manohar is an expert in sleep issues and he has helped many people overcome sleep problems based on his own personal experience. Besides that he is a very down to earth person and an amazing human being.

During my last semester of BTech i was feeling very low and i don't have a person to share my feelings. somehow i connected with him on linkedin . The first question he asked him was "Hi 👋 thank you for sending me a connection request. Just wanted to know any reason behind sending me a connection request ". I told him that i could not able to crack placements in software has the competition was too high and there were very few companies visiting the college for the Placement Drives. He changed my mindset like software is not only the career option there are various fields where you can excel in your career. That day i will remember forever because i was in a situation that i cant crack any on campus drives . Some how with my parents support and motivation from these kind of people i got placed in GMR Aero Technic which is related to aviation sector. Recently i got selected in Tech Mahindra too.

A couple of yrs ago I was not gettimg…
A couple of yrs ago I was not gettimg any sleep because I stopped taking sleeping pills. This young man responded to a desperate shoutout I made on my phone. I was becoming very ill from lack of sleep. We started with breathing exercises which was difficult because I have CODP. Then one day he told me to quit looking at the clock and stop worrying about my lack of sleep and rely on my quality of sleep. Finally everything came together and I can sleep 4 or 5 hrs on my own without medication! I feel better and my whole outlook on life has changed for the better because of him. What a wonderful feeling!
