Is this a SCAM???
This is the worst most unprofessional company. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and not one pair fit, so I had to return them. I received the return "approval" and sent them back. I am not sure why I didn't know that the shoes came directly from Italy. Manebi received my return within a few days. This was January 24th. Here it is February 10 and I am still trying to get my refund. The "customer service" phone number is inactive and is a cell phone. They don't respond to their emails. When you try to chat you are kept waiting for 30 minutes and then it cuts off. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and they still haven't given my refund which is $366.00 I will never buy from this company again.

Ho acquistato un paio di sandali in pelle “Toe ring” Athens durante il periodo invernale. Indossati 2 volte ma già nel calzarli l’interno della suola destra ha evidenziato una sorta di micro spaccature. Premetto che sono una patita, ogni volta che uso un paio di scarpe le rimetto con cura nella relativa scatola e se anche leggermente sporche, le pulisco ogni volta. Esteticamente carine ma sicuramente OVER OVERPRICED. Mi era stata regalata da mia figlia in passato una borsa: il brand mi era piaciuto ma non posso piu essere della stessa opinione. Molto delusa.

Ho acquistato una borsa a Dicembre, arrivata in tempi brevi. Non aveva la DustBag, che invece viene segnalata nella descrizione. Ho scritto al Servizio Clienti, e nel giro di pochi giorni, me ne hanno inviato una a casa. Servizio ottimo, disponibile e veloce. Ottima esperienza.

Total Cost
I finally decided (Jan 2025) to purchased a £140 pair of sandals which have not been discounted since i started 'watching' them in April 2024. So i bit the bullet and paid the full price plus £13 shipping. You can imagine my disappointment & frustration when the UPS courier delivering my sandals informs me that there is a £58 duty tax to pay!! This dramatically escalated the cost to £211 - which i definitely would not have paid had i known the full cost of purchasing from Manebi. Would recommend that anyone who is considering purchasing from the UK think twice!

I absolutely love my shoes but when my mother in law bought 2 sizes to make sure one fit, we had to return the shoes that didn’t fit. It was over Christmas so past the 14 days and I emailed to see what they could do to help. The team were incredibly helpful and quick at responding and very clear on how the returns from the UK would work. Has made me feel comfortable buying from them again in the future and probably will because I LOVE there shoes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM UK
Purchased with amazing 30% post Christmas discount, adding two pairs of shoes instead of the one to save from shipping fees. Shouldn’t have done this as took the value above the 135£ and therefore was liable for tax into UK. Not CLEARLY made aware until delivery once customs cleared and payment due.
YES Manebi, we are liable for making sure we understand import taxes and YES you may have made some poor attempts to communicate this at checkout. But please accept from the vast reviews received that your attempts at communicating this ARE NOT SUFFICIENT. I’m now stuck paying an incremental £50, thus eliminating my initial saving. Can only hope these shoes are good quality…
I also find it rich that you advertise so brazenly in the UK across all social media platforms when aware of the impending charges we will be faced with. By doing this you further insinuate you are a company that operates easily within the UK. I normally cringe when people write this on reviews but need to say it … shame on you!
