Amazing lymphatic massage and Gua Sha
I have received several treatments now from Neo and she is amazing, I have the lymphatic body massage and the gua sha facial. Both of which I highly recommend.
She is very professional and kind. To find someone who uses several discipline’s and techniques of ancient origin is unique in Newcastle. I look forward to my sessions and have no hesitation in recommending Neo.

Gem in the Northeast
Neo’s facials are by far the best I have ever had, and I have had plenty (and in many different places) in my time. She is incredibly skilled and very polite and diligent in her manner. I have many friends that have had treatments from Neo and they’re all amazed at how incredibly talented she is. As someone who wants to promote her business, she often needs before and after photos to put on her website but always asks permission to take the photos.

Photos taken without consent…
Unfortunately my first 5 star review is below.
In reply to response, Neo, I never gave consent and you never told me before, and you never asked. I nearly went to the police over this matter as I felt so strongly about it. I’m fully aware that no picture or video of my naked body would be flattering, hence my horror at them being taken. I can share the message post treatment to my husband! I once dressed challenged them and asked you to send me all the images and videos and you only sent me one. I wanted to check that I hadn’t accidentally misread the online booking to make sure I hadn’t given consent. What you did was unethical, you also failed to mention the personal comments you said regarding my ‘chunky’ bits as you called them or ‘kneading sourdough’. All points I hope you learn from. The fact you are stating incorrect information is deeply concerning. I also was face down in a massage table, I did not see a tripod being set up etc, you are using different equipment etc, I would never have guessed a tripod would have been used without my prior consent which again was never ever given. It’s highly unethical.
Why I have changed this to one star is due to the treatment I received on my second £95 lymphatic drainage massage. Neo was aware I had lost over 7 stone and it was my first time being massaged since, I was conscious of my body, it took a lot for me to book. My first issue is that while on my back Neo took a photo of me my from feet up over, I never gave permission for photos to be taken, two when I turned over a cloth was placed over the face, but I noticed from the small gap her face kept looking up over my shoulder on the left, I was horrified to discover a tripod was then moved, with her phone recording. Not only this when she moved onto massaging my stomach she compared it to kneading sourdough. She had grabbed areas of skin asking what I was planning to do with this ‘chunky’ area. Once I was dressed I asked to see the photos taken, when I discovered the photo of me face down on the bed, then she played they video and I could see my knicker line moving and my private area. She said it’s ok none of your face is showing. Neo you missed the point, it was unethical and left me very upset. I asked you to delete these images and I sincerely hope this is a lesson learnt. I went through every step that I completed online to book and at no point did I sign anything to say photos could be taken. Neither did I give verbal consent. I was deeply upset by it as I did have trust in her, from my first visit and had recommended her to several people including my own son. Massage was great, until I turned over and felt deeply uncomfortable but being in just my pants felt like I could say nothing. I suddenly felt very exposed and embarrassed. All trust has gone and she has lost a customer.
I went in for a lymphatic drainage, I was unsure what to expect as it was my first time. The room was relaxing, Neo worked her magic and it was really fantastic, advised me what I need to book in the future and how often to have them. I have recommended her to people on social media and will be back regularly myself for treatments. I am going to also book my son in for a sports massage as he’s at uni and plays a lot of sports. It is now the day after and my skin feels great!

Thank you for your review. I take your concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few key points.
First, your photo was deleted, and I never posted it anywhere. I told you this clearly on the day and did so out of respect for your privacy. I’m not sure why that wasn’t enough to reassure you.
During the session, I asked if I could take a photo and short video to show treatment results. You gave verbal consent, and I explained that your face would not be shown. The aim was not for sharing, but so you could personally see the difference.
You mentioned seeing the tripod — that was your chance to say no. If you'd done so, I would’ve stopped immediately, just like I always do with any client who changes their mind.
I showed you the unedited photo and video right after the session, and you asked me to send them for approval before posting. I sent one image via WhatsApp — not edited, not shared — and then deleted all content and informed you.
Even with permission, I never post anything inappropriate or that exposes private areas. If an image doesn’t feel right, I don’t use it. In your case, I chose not to use anything at all — out of respect.
Many clients appreciate seeing before-and-after results to track progress. I’ve studied media and know how to edit ethically — never to shame, only to show real results. But again, your image was not used.
I’m sorry you felt uncomfortable — that was never my intention. I admired your progress, especially your 7-stone weight loss. You even offered to show me a before photo, which I appreciated.
Regarding my head movement during treatment, I often tilt or look up slightly due to the physical nature of body lift massage. It’s how I avoid strain or dizziness — not for any other reason.
As for my comment during the stomach massage, I see now my word choice wasn’t ideal. "Kneading" is a massage term, but I regret using the word "chunky bit." It wasn’t meant to offend. I often ask clients about their goals, especially if they’re planning tummy tucks or other procedures, which many do discuss openly. I only meant to share insight, not to shame.
I understand you’re sensitive about that area, and I respect that fully. I’ll continue learning and being more mindful in how I speak.
You described my actions as “highly unethical,” which was deeply hurtful. I asked for consent, respected your boundaries, and deleted the content. I’ve built my business honestly and carefully.
I’m a small business owner and a single mother, raising my child with pride. I work hard, use high-quality products, and never lie to grow. I’ve earned loyal clients through respect and real results.
Again, I’m sorry you felt hurt — it was never my intention.

Bare foot massage
