This is the second time we've used Manchester Window Factory in just over a year, first for a window and this time for a new front door. Everything was great, I couldn't fault the quality of the product or the communications. The men who fitted the door were very tidy and organised and worked efficiently, leaving no mess at all. 5 stars from us and I wouldn't hesitate to use Manchester Window Factory again.

We recently had MWF install a beautiful set of Georgian-style patio doors and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

As we live in an apartment, it was important that the new doors matched the style of the other properties in the development. The team at MWF were fantastic — they came out promptly to measure up, clearly understood the requirements, and were thorough and professional throughout the process.

The installation was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and the team left everything spotless once the job was done!

We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MWF for their excellent service, quality workmanship, and beautiful doors!

This is the third time I’ve used Manchester Window Factory and they have been fantastic once again. Andy, Dave, Ged and Josh fitted our windows quickly and efficiency and the difference is huge. We now cannot hear the main road we are next to. The quality is next to none. A big thank you to Danny & Ash who have helped throughout the process. Their advice and help has been very valuable. After several quotations and home visits, we decided to go with Manchester Windows Factory to replace the windows throughout the entire house, and we made the right decision!
Danny was our first contact, he advised us on window design, practicalities, safety and all the benefits to their windows. Although not the cheapest, the products and installation is of premium quality. Danny was friendly, professional and very honest - we changed a few of our initial thoughts for the better thanks to his considerations.
Then it was time for the installation - a team of seven, completing replacement of the entire house in just over three days. We chose antique leading for the front, fluted glass for the side / privacy windows and plain glass to the rear of the house. The team handled all windows and any complications effortlessly. They were all polite, friendly, professional and left the house spotless. An absolute pleasure to have them around the house - and they were all very considerate to our dog. The quality of the work is incredible - a very well organised and highly skilled team. You’ve all done a great job - thank you!
We are thrilled with the results, so much so, I drove past the house not recognising it, the windows have transformed our home. We had old windows, and our room temperature was averaging 12 degrees before installation, after installation its around 17 - 18 degrees! The house is also a lot quieter. We cannot hear the cars or the tram line. Fantastic!

Ash and Alex were absolutely incredible. So accommodating, helpful and provided great advice. Alex was quick and efficient with visiting to provide a quote and was on hand to talk through some changes we wanted to make, which was no problem at all. Ours was quite a big job as we replaced 16 windows and 2 doors. They turned up promptly on day 1 with a large team and worked really hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently within the week. The windows were well fitted. One pane was unfortunately cracked during transit but it was re-ordered and fitted quickly and with no fuss. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to help throughout. The rendering on the house needed patching up afterwards and this was done really well. They were friendly throughout and the quality of the product and the work was excellent.

We have used MWF for our BiFold doors a few years back and we were more than happy to ask them to supply and fit the all the windows in our house (2 bay windows and 4 other windows of varying size). They were competitively priced, professional, tidy, approachable and communicative at every step of the way. We have recommended them to friends who have equally been impressed with their service, quality and professionalism.

The new windows look great and we are very happy with them! The fitters were excellent, very efficient and made little mess. A seamless experience from first contact to the end. One window was stained glass and they worked with us brilliantly to achieve our design. It exceeded our expectations.

They were very patient whilst we went through the panning permission process. When it came to install 3 windows and a door, they were done in a day by 2.30 pm!

They were honest and professional from the day we met Danny.
All procedure was explained in a simple and clear way along with the pricing for our new conservatory.
The guys turned up on time and did a really good job in which both myself and my wife are very happy with. They were professional courteous and made no mess and the conservatory is to a high standard with quality materials used .
I would have no problem in recommending Danny and his team if you require a conservatory or replacement doors windows etc.

Fantastic work and fixed the issue with draughts.
