Brandon was absolutely amazing throughout our mortgage process. We came to him with a very difficult situation that combined foreign income, and a listed house on multiple titles. When we first contacted Brandon we were already working with another broker, but were having doubts that the other guy would get the job done. Despite starting with a disadvantage, Brandon was quickly able to identify a bank that the other broker had overlooked and Brandon moved our process along to outpace the other broker. Brandon was able to get us a fantastic mortgage where the other broker ultimately failed to do so. Brandon was persistent, he made sure that the process was always moving forward. He also made sure that we were always fully aware of what was going on in the process. Brandon was extremely approachable, accessible and was able to hold our hands throughout the entire process. Brandon handled every hurdle that we and the bank threw at him with ease and grace. Ours was a very difficult situation, but Brandon navigated it beautifully. I would give Brandon my highest recommendation to anyone trying to get a mortgage.
