The product looks really nice, I purchased several items for Christmas presents. However they didn't come in a gift box they were just individual bottles,so I was disappointed with this 😞

Insufficient packaging hence box containing shower gels was damaged

Everything was easy to order and the delivery came in time. It was a present for my son and he is really enjoying using the products and the scents are gorgeous.

Great products. Bit more expensive to buy as a one off than what I was using before so I decided to take out a subscription every three months. Now better quality and cheaper too!

I do like the products and have bought several times for family and friends. Was disappointed this order to receive in a brown box (sadly damaged by the courier) with the bottles inside just rolling around - no gift box included. This would make me question whether to buy from the company again. They do have good discounts, but if it’s for a gift you should receive a box. Discounts recently seem to be offered more regularly to subscription only purchases, which is not what I wanted.

Have only used the 'Energise' /Orange bottle so far which is really good
The online offer for the 4 bottles was not expensive compared to the supermarket chains and delivery was pretty quick

Extremely disappointing returns process and customer service

My partner and I recently returned one item from an order containing several products, and I am still waiting for my refund, despite having paid to return the item myself.

I have been a loyal ManCave customer for years and have spent hundreds of pounds on their products. I have always enjoyed using some of their range, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. However, this has completely changed my opinion of the company.

The returns procedure is an absolute joke and feels like something from the last century. All I wanted to do was return a single item out of several purchased, yet the process has been unnecessarily frustrating and drawn out. To make matters worse, the customer service has been extremely disappointing, with little confidence that the issue is being handled properly.

ManCave seems more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to returning an item and issuing a refund, things suddenly become a problem. Customers should not have to chase money they are rightfully owed, particularly when they have followed the returns process and paid for the return themselves.

After spending hundreds of pounds with this company over the years, I expected a far better standard of service. Instead, I have been left frustrated, disappointed, and still waiting for my money.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off the brand. I will not be purchasing from ManCave again. A company's customer service is just as important as its products, and in this case, it has fallen well below an acceptable standard.

I like the products, the scents are amazing and fresh however, I would give a full 5 star review had it not been for all the tubes that came with my Order, had split and leaked from the top so every time I squeezed the tube, it went everywhere and was wasted. No matter still love the product. Will keep Ordering
