Terrible support and website operation
Ever since their website update, it's been a total mess. I paid my invoice on April 24, received confirmation from both the host and Stripe, but the payment is still 'Pending' in my dashboard. I’ve already received two suspension warnings, and support has been completely silent for over 48 hours. I can’t get the service I paid for, and I can’t get a refund. Absolute lack of professional support.
