I returned a babywrap that I realized was too long for me and never received a refund or correspondence of any kind. (I did go through the proper channels and email them to start the return. They sent a label which i used to send back the item) After 5 months of emailing them and waiting, I decided to dispute the charge with my bank because they were SILENT. At the last moment before the dispute period was over, they responded to the dispute with the original order and delivery information, resolving the dispute in their favor. The audacity. I ultimately worked it out with my bank, and they credited the money back to me, on their dime. It just leaves just a bad taste in my mouth and i will never shop from them again. I found out about them from my local new mama group and I will probably discourage them to shopping here as well.

I have never encountered such a deceptive and dishonest company in my entire life.

Right after I requested a cancelation as per their policy, they changed it on their website and I have that in writing.

I know that there's a return policy, but if it were their "mistake", they should offer free return shipping rather than changing their terms and conditions at will, per customer.

Not to mention that I did everything their FAQ asked me to do. I requested a cancelation a mere few hours after the order, emailed, attempted to use live chat, AND their text service because it asked that I informed them as soon as possible.

It just really frustrates me because their stuff is cute and I just wanted a different color, but this has turned me away from purchasing from them ever again or recommending this company to anyone else.

If you are going to make an order, screenshot their policy so that you can chargeback if they change it to their favor, or just buy the same product from a more honest vendor.

What a gross tactic, honestly.
