Best service hands down! best delivery they shipped out so fast and receiving my order was quick and I had no issues they have such good quality and Amy really does care she is always so nice and helpful I’ve tried other vendors and what a nightmare some you just don’t get your order because the customs others they don’t respond back to you and shipping is insanely long and their options are very limited if you want fast shipping, great quality great customer service. I would choose Mallard med they’re literally my number one for a reason.

Delivered in just 8 days to Australia with very discreet packaging, everything arrived exactly as expected with zero issues. Honestly can’t believe I’ve only just found this shop.

I found this service randomly through Quora and did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke with Amy, who went out of her way to help me even when I did not have everything fully sorted on my end.

Fast delivery and genuinely excellent customer service. Everything was smooth from start to finish.

Top vendor, been have been using mallard for a while and always on point, thanks Amy and your team. Sending times slightly vary between 2-4 days but on the site it says 1-3. That’s the only not-quite-perfect-thing about the vendor.

They’ve threatened to involve police.
Ordered from them in December. Two orders. One came but with only half of it and the other was a domestic order also in December and hasn’t moved from “being packed” I wrote a review about a week ago and that’s when the only email from them came saying if I didn’t delete my review they wouldn’t sent my order out so I deleted it an haven’t heard a word since. Used to be best in the business now I believe they are selectively scamming. Buyers beware. Will update if any change but I won’t delete this review. That’s bullying.
Update: this is what they have written on my order sheet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE DANGEROUS

both items packed and awaiting review removal, we simply cannot send you anything with that live. And if we wanted to bully you, the only way we can is report your meds and address to the police.

Terrible service. I placed an order 5 months ago and they sent less than half the of it. I've sent multiple E mails and received no reply. This matter should have been resolved months ago. Don't buy from here, you'll waste your money

I had a couple of questions before ordering and got helpful answers quickly. No complaints at all.

Was a bit cautious at first but couldn’t fault the service. Delivery time was 2 days domestic (UK), packaging was discreet and the support replies felt genuinely human.

Honestly impressed. Ordering was easy, checkout was smooth, and everything arrived exactly as described. Communication was clear the whole way, which I really appreciate. Will definitely be ordering again and see if they can earn a 5 star with consistency.

The meds are real, the packaging discreet, and customer service is actually kind. They even followed up to check if I received my order. That's rare these days. 10/10 experience.
