They were great when selling me a car. I brought it in may 2025. it has been in the garage for repair 5 times since then. They had it in for 1 month when they said they put in a reconditioned engine. Then they put in a turbo. other times the oil light came on. I have no proof of the repairs because although I have been requesting the paperwork for works done they have said they don't give they keep them. My point is when I asked for them and told they don't provide them is if I want to sell on the car how can I prove the works done. Aftersales shocking

I bought a £24,000 Mercedes from Malcolm Waite, and was assured that the car had been thoroughly inspected and came with a Silver Guarantee. Winthin 3 months the suspension failed and I was presented with a £2250 bill. The warranty expert there, Arthur, said this part wasn't covered and they wouldn't help.

Purchased a used car, and all I can say is the experience was as smooth as silk.

I called in to Malcolm Waite’s garage last night as my headlight bulb had blown. The very helpful member of staff advised me to come back between 8-12 today when the parts department would be open. When I called in today the parts/service team checked all my lights and found actually two had blown. They fitted both for me while I waited and as they needed to take the bumper off to access the headlight fitting in my car they took it into the workshop and fitted both bulbs while I waited. The team was super efficient and friendly, they gave me coffee when I waited and even dog biscuits for my dogs! I was so gratefully that they were able to fit the bulbs while I waited - their service was second to none. A huge thank you to you all!!

We were looking to update our 2015 car and were greeted in a very friendly and helpful way. We test-drove the car we were interested in from the forecourt, but the salesman then offered us a paltry amount for our car, despite its low mileage and good condition. We said we would think about it and phone him back later that day if we decided to go ahead. The salesman rang us the next day and proceeded to shame us for not phoning back, saying he had invested a lot of time on us and did we really want to lose the car despite the fact that he wasn't going to offer more for ours. Needless to say, we reminded him that we had said we would only phone back if we wanted to go ahead and that we didn't appreciate being leant on in such a way. We bought elsewhere and got £900 more for our car, got a great deal on our new car with no guilt trip and excellent service. If you want to buy from this garage, be aware that you may be hassled and made to feel guilty if you don't buy. It reminded me of the pressurised selling used by double glazing companies 30 years ago!
