Gorgeous little laundry set and my 3 year old granddaughter loves it. A great addition to her dolls house. It would have been good if the washing machine door opened, but still very well designed and good quality. The only downside is she pulled the little pegs apart, and the metal springs could then become dangerous, so we've taken them away until she is older. Overall a lovely little set.

I thought I would never get an Emma Bridgewater Union Jack tray unless I paid a ridiculous price on e-Bay
But they turned up here at a reasonable price and it was delivered within 3 days

Buyer beware, returns within 14 days not applicable to all items. When you read maison whites return policy it is misleading, as items not returnable are listed a long way past the statement above. I just saw the returns acceptable within fourteen days.
Bed linen is not returnable. Was accused of getting duvet cover out of packaging when all i did was open the packaging to feel the material as unable to do that from seeing a picture on internet. The item was still in packaging , which would have been impossible to repack had I done what they suggested and I had emailed them twice prior to return as requested, but had no reply until they received item back when they then returned it to me as they said it had been opened. On the upside delivery good

Fab prices for really lovely products! Customer service was a little cold so looked on here to see if anyone else thought the same, I then saw some of the one star reviews and their replies, it made me laugh, clearly they have to deal with some very annoying customers, so I don’t really blame their unadulterated responses!! I normally don’t bother to leave a review, but I actually really appreciate a company that give as good as they get when it comes to people unfairly poorly reviewing! I’d recommend Maison White, they’re a small company which I didn’t realise, also Royal Mail are to blame for 90% of their 1 star reviews!

Order was easy, delivery was fast!

The two products (Jellycat Aubergine) I bought are of bad quality (with pictures as evidence). Maison asked for a return. But they only issued a partial refund and asked me to pay for the postage of return. The customer service kept emphasizing that they had not encountered customer complaints before and my shopping experience was an outlier. After returning, Maison did not accept that the products were bad. I feel uncomfortable with this shopping experience

I purchased the item online and the parcel arrived securely wrapped. The frog ornament looked great and was well made.

The linen I wanted wasn't in stock, but Maison White emailed me when it was available; I ordered, and it was delivered almost immediately. Very competitive prices.

Had never used this company before, but prices for Jellycat toys were extremely competitive and reviews were good so decided to order three toys. Order arrived promptly but sadly, one of the toys had a very small pull on its face and, as it was a present, I decided to see if it could be returned. My husband called the store and the issue was dealt with politely and professionally. Chloe dealt with the issue online organising a free return of the damaged item and didn't wait for it to be returned before sending out the new order, unlike many other companies, accepting a copy of the postage receipt as proof of return. Great customer services.

Prompt delivery and quick to reply when emailing with a query.

Hadn’t heard of the company before but ordered 2 jellycats and a slyvanian family for Christmas gifts. Arrived very quickly exactly as expected - will be shopping here again :)

Yet again another order placed and without fuss and within a few days of ordering, my item arrives via Royal Mail. Thank you for the lovely William Morris towels. Great delivery, easy and straight forward. I added a note to order and that note was on the package as requested. I recommend this company. 5 stars *****

Ordered a heart shaped red cushion as a birthday present. It’s made of soft velvet fabric material, the cushion is very soft and light, the red colour is gorgeous. It was packed well and delivery was trackable and fast. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

After reading the 1* reviews and their responses I was satisfied that they were meaningless and I decided to give Maison White a go and I'm really pleased I did. My first order was processed and sent out really quickly and when I contacted them as I thought they'd sent out the wrong size bear, I had a quick reply from Elise and we worked out I'd been sent the right size but it was just too small for what I needed (a big huggable teddy bear for the children I work with). Elise was great in showing me a picture of the bears to help me decide which was the best size and I was able to return the first bear for a full refund which was processed really quickly. My second order of the biggest bear was also processed really quickly and I'm really pleased with it. It's perfect for what I need. Super happy with the service provided by Maison White and I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.
