Necklace was beautiful packed well with fast delivery very happy will buy again.

The delivery is more than an month late, I ordered in November for a Christmas gift and it's still not delivered.
Do not recommend.

Edit: after the brand's reply promissing a "solution" they only sent an notification saying the package has been shipped. Not much of a solution :) *

I ordered a couple of products at the beginning of December, it is almost end of December and the product in not even in transit to be delivered. This is unacceptable, will never buy anything from this vendor ever again.

Alternatif more than 2 week-end, the stuff is always stucked in China...

First of all I can't upload a photo because we haven't received our product. Order 3 items for a Christmas gift on Dec 1st, was processed on Dec 6th with not other updates! I reached out to C/S and just get the usually fluff text book answers. My option do not purchase anything from them, the product is coming directly from China, and they do not care about timely transactions. 7 - 15 working days??? REALLY?? Live and learn on my part but now my Niece will not be opening a gift on Christmas this year! I probably should monitor my CC now too.. Buyer Beware!

They tell me to put a good review with everything and a photo, but my order has not arrived, I was very disappointed with the customer service, it took weeks to send my order because the things I ordered were not in stock, the worst thing was that it was decided that they would send me first what they had and as soon as they came back in stock the other items would be sent in a second package, in the end they ended up waiting until everything was there because it surely does not suit them that there were 2 shipments, in my life I will never buy from this brand again and I will make sure that whoever wants to order from this brand retracts. I have a terrible experience

Cheap cheap plastic. 2 of the 3 necklaces literally broke into beads everywhere when I unpacked. The 3rd was less than dollar store quality. I could have made that same necklace for $0.75.For the prices it's ABSOLUTELY trash. Do not spend your money. The only reason I gave 1 star is because they finally refunded me after a few back and forth emails.

Items are super cheap. I ordered earings and necklaces thinking I’m getting some good jewelry. First off messaging customer service asking for an update after 10 days and all they had to say is you can track your order here ….. (that I knew and I asked why it is not sent after 10 days). Second, I got the items and regretted it right away!!! I could literally get it from Shein with better PRICE and better MATERIAL! Not recommended at all

why is my package ready to ship for 1 month and still didn’t ship? are you coming from hong kong? do you plan on taking more than a month to give me a small necklace i don’t know what you’re doing but i don’t think your sales are exploding to take that long so just put that necklace in the bag bro, hurry up. I placed my order, a few minutes later they sent me an email telling me that my card had been declined, BUT THEY ALWAYS CHARGED ME AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. You have to be very careful with pages like this.

My parcel got stolen however Maison Fou Fou dealt with my situation in the best way possible . Amazing customer service!

Beautiful jewelry - arrived and looks just as advertised. Would definitely recommend.
