China Production- Bad quality. I received one of the floor lamps after a month to see that the product is defected and damaged. They won't provide a return label and one of the other packages went missing. I'm having probelms receiving clear answers!

Complete Fraud

The company is a fraud.
I paid for four chairs in February, and to this day I haven’t received anything. They refuse to refund me, and they never reply to my emails. They have simply taken my money and disappeared. 1.500,00€ stolen from these people 😔

These people are criminals. Do not believe anything they say unless you want fraudulent furniture from China that takes months, and arrives broken. They promised assembly but didn’t provide. They tried to have me arrange delivery of my own goods despite promising free delivery. They left the shipping crate on my street which incurred a huge fine from the city, then stopped responding to me altogether. Scam! Scam! Scam!!!!

Beware its Scam! They send cheap replica of design products. Very poor quality and size is not same as the design product. I got a chair in the size of a kids chair instead of a normal sized one. Also they tell you you don't have to pay tax or customs but in reality you have to pay a lot.

We bought a dupe of the Togo chair, the delivery was two months delayed as the chair was made in china (even though in the website they wrote it would come from Spain) so we also had to pay custom taxes.. the chair is good but i wouldn't go through the process again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I believe they are a scam. I placed an order and have yet to receive it, or even a tracking number. Their customer service is not existent and sends you to a WhatsApp number.

I m order and pay more than 700€ for 3 chair before 4.5 month and nothing happened.

Total scam. They pretend to be a high end furniture boutique and send you the crapiest products from alibaba/ temu. I bought a chair, it is so bad i cant even seat on it. Material is total junk

They do not answer to messages, everything is copied and really poor quality. Breaks after a few months! STAY AWAY!

I purchased 2 rattan tissue boxes. I received only 1. I also purchased shipping insurance-which did nothing. That was a total waste! After letting them know and sending pictures of the one I received, Maison and Fitch quit corresponding. There is no way to prove I did not get what I purchased. Their customer service is lacking a lot. They offered NO resolution. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Don’t throw your money away!

I ordered lamps from Maison Figueras for over 700€, trusting I’d receive beautiful items from Spain. What I got instead was a nightmare that’s been ongoing since August last year. Only one lamp arrived, and it was damaged.

I reported the damage immediately and have been stuck in endless WhatsApp conversations with the founder and Adriana from customer service, but nothing gets resolved. The rest of the lamps were supposedly shipped from China with a tracking number that I’m convinced was fake, as the items never arrived. They claim the lamps are stuck in customs, but I highly doubt they were ever sent at all.

After all this time, I still don’t have my order or my money back. This company is a disgrace. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from Maison Figueras. They’re unreliable, dishonest, and absolutely not worth your time or money.

Dropshipping! No customer service, extremely delayed. Item was received in the end and luckily it’s quite nice (plastic chair, nothing really could be wrong there) but way too expensive. Wish I read the trustpilot reviews upfront as I would have a spent a little more to get the original design.

- Concealed shipment from China with associated customs costs.
- Defective materials, poor manufacturing
- Not as described, especially the dimensions are significantly smaller.
- Part of the delivery has not arrived to date (order was in Jun'24)
- Customer service delays process with promise of subsequent delivery that never arrives. From then on, customer service no longer responds.

Do not order here under any circumstances. Obvious scam.

Cinco meses más tarde, sigo esperando a que me devuelvan el dinero de todos los productos. Mi pedido se dividió en dos envíos, ambos devueltos porque me querían cobrar otro dineral más por las aduanas( de las cuales no te avisan); pues me dicen que la primera devolución no ha llegado a su almacén y no me pueden devolver el dinero, cuando en el mismo código de envío de Correos sale que llegó al almacén de origen, pero la chica que contesta por WhatsApp lo niega y encima con la poca profesionalidad de comparar el dinero que he perdido yo (300€) con el dinero que han perdido ellos con el envío, vamos de chiste. Es una de las experiencias más frustrantes comprando por internet que he tenido

Hace más de tres meses que compré dos lámparas. No han llegado, todas las webs de locLalización de envíos dicen que mi pedido no existe y tras muchos mails enviados reclamando y preguntando, sigo sin recibir respuesta. NO recomiendo a NADIE que compre, es una estafa online. si alguien se anima a una demanda colectiva, me presto a ello.

Llevo dos meses intentando que me hagan caso por un producto defectuoso y no son capaces de contestarme al mail y por WhatsApp dicen que le dan seguimiento, pero no.

After numerous texts, emails, social DMs I can confirm this is a scam. Adriana & Pablo Garcia Jaular should be ashamed of themselves.
I spend over €800 and received nothing. Please advise how I can best report this in the EU.

The shipment was a little bit slow than I expectedly but it finally arrives and everything was so good.

Lamentable, compras una cosa y te llega otra completamente diferente. Ademas problemas de aduanas... No te dejan reclamar nada. Como AliExpress pero peor. Y encima caro!!! Huyan!!!!

Product arrived after 4 months, in bad condition and not working. The customer service is a joke and they are just wasting your time and make you feel like they will help but they don't do anything. RUN AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE
