Great product, when it works.

But unfortunately I have been getting error messages when trying to connect my Gmail to Mailsuite and have been trying to contact their support since MAY, even upgraded my plan to their advanced plan to get better support and cannot get a single reply.

The one thing i really valued on the free option was seeing the number of views. This is important given the reasons i send emails. this function has been taken away and therefore gives me no incentive to pay for any other service. the number of views gives you an idea of how well you reach your audience and then allows you to make decisions about how you can refine the data you want to improve your service and what level of upgrade would be useful. its just greedy and shameful of mailsuite to take this initial and important function away.

Shows when they opened email but also registers when I’ve opened it and uses their name??? What kind of hoax is this? I’m not sure I believe that someone opened my email 11 times so I tracked it and guess what they didn't, I was the one reopening to see if they had responded and the extension registers it has them opening it :(

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support over the past 30 days now.

Since Monday, April 21st, your service has been completely non-functional for me. Every time I try to log in and enable the extension, it keeps redirecting me to the authorization page in a loop. The extension stays disabled no matter what I do.

I have:

Cleared cookies and cache

Reinstalled the extension and browser

Tried multiple browsers and devices

Nothing has worked.

I’ve sent multiple emails to your support team and even reached out via LinkedIn, but have received no response at all. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’m a paying subscriber.

Please resolve this issue immediately or refund the subscription. I expect at least a basic level of customer service — right now, it feels like none exists.

Slows everything down, if you want to be productive this isn't it.

A complete pile of garbage. Does not work in Outlook. In future, please develop something that remotely does something it is supposed to. What a complete and utter useless experience. Thought that it was supposed to be good, with a lot of talk about it, however, a bigger pile of hogwash one does not get. Rather close it down.

I canceled this service two years ago but they continue to charge me. I am reporting them to my bank to have the charges reversed.

I have emailed support in the past and was told my subscription was cancelled, but I continue to find charges on my debit card.

You don’t need this service. Nobody does.

Counts you opening the email as part of times the email is opened.Useless fake app.To think it has a paid version is a joke.Please don't lie to people.False advertising.

Overall my outlook is okay. I’m a producer so I send emails and it’s important to see who is opening my emails. The thing is, mailsuite repeatedly deems itself “reliable” but I’ve had issues

1) I think it gives false readings of when emails are opened. I’ve been on a livestream where I sent an email to someone while his email server was opened. It said it was read instantly, although he had not even opened my email. This is suspicious and completely misleading. Furthermore, the mailtrack on my phone occasionally only has 1 check (unread) next to an email that was deemed “opened” by my computer.

2) the fact that mailtrack is not even telling me when someone is opening the email. I’ve gotten a response back from someone (who’s mailtracking services work) indicating that he was clearly responding to my email and had seen what I’ve sent, although it was not marked as opened.

Mailtrack, Mailsuite, whatever they are calling themselves now, works great - when it wants to. Not at all reliable, but great to have when it does work. And very frustrating when it does not.

Mailtrack is fantastic! Even with free version. Its easy to setup and getting real time notification when my emails are open is a huge plus for me. It made staying connected easier.

Have billed me for 2 annual subscriptions since I cancelled.
Was unable to get a refund the first time as you are only allowed to contact their support if you have an active subscription, which I did not, even though I got charged for it.
Got the money back with a VISA Dispute a year ago, but now I've just been charged the annual fee AGAIN!

It took me more than an hour to cancel my subscription while I am pretty tech savvy. Definitely made on purpose. Unacceptable.

Let's me know when clients respond to my emails. Reminds me that I should consider the next level of service.
Constantly would resend the reminders that emails had not been opened. Flooded my mail box until I figured out how to stop it. Overall a good service.

I've been using Mailtrack for two years. It helps a lot to know when the email was delivered, how many times the recipient opened it and also to be able to track clicks on the links I track. I recommend
