I cancelled the subscription within one week of the start of the free month and told them so via their official website. They acknowledged receipt of my missive and said they would get back (21st Jan).
On 7th feb they took £1.99 from my credit card and have not returned it to date (nor acknowledged that they intend to do so. Grifters and shysters

DM you've taken away the search icon (magnifying glass) and replaced it with a bell (alarm or notification). Why?
I use the search icon all the time. What am I supposed to do with a bell? I'm not interested in DM's notifications. I want to find the articles I'm interested in. In other words: I want to be in control - not the DM. You've taken away part of my enjoyment of the website. And no, I won't be following your recommendations for what I read!

DM deleted my post because they hate the truth? Is it unbearable to be reminded that Virginia most likely shared more than smile with Andrew with her parents' consent, otherwise how she managed disappeared abroad for a few days from school and house at such a young age? And don't you like the truth about how DM placed an announcement on the front page about the engagement of a Venezuela Fury - child bride, who is only 16 years old and at the same time DM criticize child brides in Muslim countries from top to bottom, and quite rightly so?

It's more of a rag than current news. If you're interested in celebrities that few people have heard of or sickening events nobody wants to know about then this is for you.

5 times i have deleted then uploaded this app but it still crashes after 15 seconds.
Spoken to the mail numerous times and all the can offer is what I've just mentioned.

why does it bother having a US section and celebrity section because they're all on the main page. The App is useless too. the comments are more informative and entertaining. I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't bother with the articles and goes straight to comments

The rewards system of points for weekends is useless now. I used to get 25 points of a weekend, now they expect people to buy more papers in the week to get 150 points. Overall as far as I am concerned pointless.

I have been disgusted by the DM attacking the Russian skater, Kamila Valieva today. She is a child and they are shocking the way they are putting her down in their headlines online. When the media start attacking kids it is time for reform. She seems to be very fragile in her mental state as it is and rubbish journalism like this could push her over the top.

Dreadful. No idea who their journalists are these days but appalling typos and spelling mistakes, even in the headlines. Ever single article is negative and badly written. The comments section is just full of trolls with no effort on DMs part to get them deleted. Will never read DM again.
