Très bon outil, simple et puissant, pour des envois de mails. Adapté aux petits volumes (moins de 500 destinataires). Le destinataire ne sait pas que le message problème d'un outil de diffusion, et l'expéditeur dispose d'un tableau de bord assez complet.

A veces no agrega los campos en los mail, hay que revisarlo varias veces para asegurarse de que algunos campos están bien agregados.

our account was compromised, and their support didnt help at all, instead they removed our user and kept the hackers users that was reported, very dumb support, i do not recommend service.

It is very useful tool to send emil if increase the daily mail limit that' would be wonderful

I've tried a bunch of email tools, but Mailmeteor really stands out.
The email tracking is spot-on, giving me all the info I need without any fluff.
Setting up and sending campaigns is super simple, and the whole workflow just makes sense.

What really blew me away is the template saving and usage, it's smooth, fast, and saves a ton of time.
Oh, and the free tools? Hot as hell 🔥 way better than most paid features elsewhere.

Mail Meteor is an amazing tool, its very easy to use and is incredibly well created. The platform even allows you to view each individual email before sending, and the tool just works perfectly! Their support team regularly replies in a few hours, and was very kind even though i used the free version. The personalization is great also!

It would be great if they can increase the email limit for the starter pack though, which is quite low now.

Continously charges you after cancelling.

Customer service is only handled via form type emails. It never addresses my issue.

I signed up for Premium. I have Gmail Workspace. Yet, if I sent over 150 email in 24 hours, they would send me error message. I should have 2000!

I'm baffled by the positive reviews because my experience was awful; if possible, I'd rate zero stars.

I signed up for the Pro plan which supposedly includes unlimited verification, yet they failed to verify emails as promised. Despite multiple bounce backs, the dashboard misleadingly showed a 0% bounce rate.

I reached out on Friday 14th June, to inquire about the unverified addresses. After waiting a week with no explanation or even a courteous acknowledgment of my emails, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund.

Their customer service is painfully slow, taking days to respond with generic, unhelpful replies that didn’t address my specific issues. In today's competitive marketplace, such delays are unprofessional and suggest they don't value customers or prioritize their satisfaction.

Now, I must switch everything to another cold email platform, which is highly inconvenient and disrupts my daily marketing plan. Had they addressed customer queries as promptly as negative reviews, this situation might have been avoided.

If I don't receive a refund by Friday 28th June, I will report Mailmeteor to Trading Standards for misleading advertising. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the misrepresented service I signed up for.

Steer clear of this company everyone, save your money and precious time.

You won't get anything done with it. 90% of the emails were delayed and never sent. It's a fraud. I can't believe I paid for this.

I like the tool they have. There is need for some additional features which I informed customer service and they were happy to hear. They said they will work on it. Overall satisfied.
