This product does a lot of things right and has a lot of potential. While it is not as mature and polished as established market leaders such as MailChimp and Mailerlite, I have no doubt it will get there. The support team is responsive and seems to value customer feedback. For a SaaS company, taking customer feedback seriously is crucial and Mailercloud seems to do just that.
