I had a double appointment on Saturday which was fantastic.

The appointment were a surprise to my bridesmaids and also were a mix of my friends, little sister and cousin. There were lots of ways it could have been awkward or difficult. The shop had lovely sweets and drink which you could help yourself to.

The lady who joined us for the appointment was brilliant - she put everyone at ease, gave tips and navigated my 11 year old sister starting with 'I hate dresses'. We had the most incredible time and I was so blown away with the care provided to us. Everyone left so excited to wear their dress and it just felt like everything it was meant to be and more.

There is a slight wait for dresses to come back in stock so if you are looking for dresses for a wedding that is soon I would email beforehand about delivery dates. The dates worked fine for me.

I wish I could do it all over again we had the best time ever!

At every point it could have been a bad experience, it was.
If you want an appointment to try on dresses you need to book around 6 months in advance. When you get there they don’t have each dress in each colour in each size, so (for example) if you want to try a particular blue dress in an 8, you will likely have to try it in orange, or in another style or another size. My bridesmaid is a size 16 but they only had a 12 or an 18 in the style she was trying and the 18 had been stretched because it was the biggest size in the store so anyone above an 18 was squeezing into it, so she wasn’t even sure what size to order after coming into the store. Dresses that are produced in different batches are slightly different colours so if you want all bridesmaids to wear the same colour they’ll probably have to wear the same style. They promised the new style of dresses would be available in May (every one of my bridesmaids and my mum remembers this being said to us) then when May came around they said they never claimed this and the dresses wouldn’t be available until late July.
If you have any issue at all, good luck getting in touch with them. They have no phone number and the store is only open when they’re in the middle of an appointment, so the door is always locked. When I finally got my dresses, the clasps were sewed in backwards. They are still wearable but very fiddly. At every hurdle they could have failed, they did.

The first bridesmaid dress my daughter tried on and it’s absolutely perfect. Simply beautiful. You really would think that it was made to measure x

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. We went in with no idea about colours or styles, but thanks to Enya, we left feeling completely confident and excited in our choices.

Enya was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — she had a great eye for detail and offered honest, practical and insightful advice. She made the whole process feel personal and relaxed. We were able to try on a wide variety of colours and styles. Enya also had photos to show us how each option would look alongside the wedding dress, flowers and overall theme. This really helped us narrow down what worked best.

I highly recommend Maids to Measure and especially Enya for anyone looking for a seamless and stress free bridesmaid dress shopping experience!

Worst quality dress I’ve ever worn. Delivery was so expensive and the dress gave me lumps and lines I don’t even have on my body. My best friend chose this brand for her bridesmaids and I love her so much but the price (£160) for the dress did not match the quality and I felt so self conscious all day.
My bridesmaids wore Azazie dresses and some were more than half the price of MTM and they were all lined and more than one piece of super thin fabric. For £160, I expect it to be lined and a thick or at least good quality fabric. The dress creased easily and I can will never wear it again.

It would be useful to provide a contact number and someone to speak to. Chatbot not ideal when you have questions.

We had the best afternoon at maids to measure! I have 8 bridesmaids so we had two back to back appointments. We had the showroom to ourselves and Jess was incredibly helpful, making sure everyone found a dress in their size in a style they felt comfortable in. There was no such thing as too many try ons! We all had a brilliant day and I’m so grateful to Jess for making it so magical! I cannot wait to see all the girls looking beautiful in sage green this summer!

Great experience with Maids to Measure! The showroom room is beautiful and the team are super helpful. The dresses are mega high quality - can't wait to see my bridesmaids in them this summer. Special shout out to Enya who has been extremely helpful with getting my bridesmaids the perfect dresses.

Amazing experience with Maids to Measure! I have 7 bridesmaids in total and have picked the same dress for them all to wear. Unfortunately, I have picked a dress that is now discontinued so now only 5 of the 7 girls have dresses!! Enya over WhatsApp went above and beyond to make me feel calm, try and find a solution and is now monitoring the returns for me to ensure the other two girls get their dresses too I also want to mention how gorgeous the dresses are. Such amazing quality, they fit really lovely and the girls feel amazing in them. I’m obsessed with them and so impressed with the customer service, thank you!!

From the minute I looked into booking my appointment everything was perfect, from the customer services I recieved. The show room is gorgeous and the stylist was incredible, the best one by far. I have been to multiple over the last few months and my experience here was amazing. I felt comfortable at ease and most importantly listened too. I had a fantastic experience at Maids to Measure. My bridesmaids wore their dresses for my own wedding in 2023 and the experience and dresses were so wonderful I have recommended them to lots of my friends since! I recently attended another appointment as a bridesmaid and it was fantastic. The lady who helped us was so attentive and knowledgeable and spent lots of time making sure everyone felt super comfortable and found a style that suited them. When it came to ordering, the customer service was great and the process was really smooth. They got back to me quickly on any questions and were really helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality bridesmaids dresses that make your bridesmaids feel great!

We waited 2 months for our appointment to arrive at the store having driven 3 hours to a very abrupt shop assistant that wanted to be transparent that they had no dresses in stock at present and they are presently being sent by boat to the uk to arrive the week before the wedding but she could not guarantee they would arrive at all.
We were offered no assistance with trying sample dresses having to root through the rails ourselves and ask if styles tried came in the colour we required ,this was not offered.

We abandoned this company and went straight to six stories where the support ,quality and customer service has been absolutely excellent.
Do not waste time and energy with maids to measure, they really are not interested in your business.

I was lucky enough to use Maids to Measure for a friend’s wedding as a bridesmaid. We were all different shapes and sizes and all had a different idea of the perfect dress.
When we went to store we were lucky enough to meet one of the co founders of M2M and she was lovely, very helpful and really looked after us and spent the time exploring what we would want.
We ended up with stunning champagne dresses, each with a different neckline. The pictures looked really coordinated and it really brought the bridal party together. Will definitely use again.

We were struggling to find flattering larger sizes and we were so happy to find a great selection of styles and colours for our Maid of Honour who had recently had a baby.
