She helped to train the maid I selected nicely and explained to her my routines and taught her how to cook pasta and grilled chicken and my kid loved it! She was very patient in listening my needs!

The maid was supposed to arrive this morning at 8am - now 11:50am still no maid, and everyone is clueless. Keep saying the driver was cancelled by mistake!
Her english in the introduction video was amazing, now she barely understand what I'm saying when calling her asking where she is.

Mimi came to provide some training to my current nanny. I am really happy with her and how she handled the situation. I definitely recommend her as a trainer and would definitely reach out to her if I need further support.

Very upset with the company. There were many instances in the pricing that was advertised as well as reviewed with the agents. There was no mention of addional vat that was excluded from the price. Only when the payment was being deducted from the account I saw the balance. It was not mentioned in the final summary and confirmation when the agreement was being made. Very deceiving as the visa is already processed.

Worst company ever, i dont recommend it at all.

My name is Nour Hassouna. This company had the audacity to DELETE my honest review and replace it with FAKE reviews written by their own EMPLOYEES just to bury the truth. You think by hiding behind fake stars, the truth will go away? IT WON’T. You can’t erase real experiences.

I’ve had 6 helpers in 2 years from Maids.cc. I STOPPED working with them because of how BAD and DANGEROUS their service is. After 2 years, I gave them ONE LAST CHANCE — for only 2 months during Ramadan and my nanny’s annual leave — and I DEEPLY REGRET IT.

Let me break it down:

BEFORE:
• Helper 1 – Cherry: She resigned and begged me to hire her directly — I refused. She told me that Maids.cc INSTRUCTS THEIR MAIDS TO START FIGHTS WITH CUSTOMERS before the 3-month mark — so they can trap you into their overpriced monthly packages instead of visa-based options. Because that’s where they make MORE THAN DOUBLE THE PROFIT. This is SYSTEMATIC FRAUD.
• Helper 2 – Peachy: She HIT MY 3-MONTH-OLD BABY after she had a fight with her husband. YES — SHE LAID HER HANDS ON A BABY!
• Helper 3 – Fulla: Couldn’t speak English or Arabic — so there was ZERO communication. How is she supposed to work in a household when no one can understand her?
• Helper 4 – Cherry (another one): She was incredibly slow, but I was patient — until I found out she refused to wake up before 7AM and insisted on sleeping from 8PM to 7AM like she’s on vacation. UNACCEPTABLE.

THIS YEAR:

I gave Maids.cc ONE LAST CHANCE. I got a helper for 2 months. The first one stayed for FIVE DAYS and said, “I don’t like kids.” WHY WOULD YOU SEND HER TO A FAMILY WITH KIDS THEN?

Then came Mary, a Filipina maid.

She was sweet, kind, and hardworking. But then I saw her CRYING — and what she told me next SHOCKED ME.
• Maids.cc PROMISED HER A 2,000 AED SALARY, but put 1,500 AED in her labor contract, and then only transferred 900 AED/month — for THREE MONTHS. That’s 2,700 AED instead of 6,000 AED. THAT IS WAGE THEFT.
• They promised her insurance, and instead gave her nothing. They have ONE staff member who tells all the maids to “just take Panadol” and pay for their own medicine. THIS IS ABUSE.
• Mary has 7 kids in the Philippines. She wanted to resign and respectfully offered to complete her 1-month notice (even though she was still on probation and wasn’t required to — she did it because I paid for the full month). She told the company. They said: “Come at the end of the month and we’ll give you cancellation papers.”

SHE WENT TO THEM TWICE — no papers, no explanation. Then suddenly they hand her a paper saying: “Pay us 2,500 AED or we won’t cancel your visa!” WHAT IS THIS BLACKMAIL?

They told her: “Come tomorrow or we’ll file an absconding case!” She was TERRIFIED. She told me they constantly shout at the maids, threaten them, and scare them into submission. And guess what? Mary is incredibly respectful and decent — and they STILL treated her like this.

WAKE UP, PEOPLE:

Maids.cc is charging customers 4,250 AED per month — and giving the actual helpers less than HALF OF THAT. They lie to clients, lie to the maids, break labor laws, mistreat workers, and intimidate them into silence.

THIS IS MODERN SLAVERY.

Mary has already filed a formal complaint with MOHRE, and submitted evidence and screenshots of the way this company speaks to her.

This company should NOT just be reviewed — it should be SHUT DOWN. Their license should be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. What they are doing is inhumane, illegal, and disgusting.

SHAME ON YOU, MAIDS.CC. We will not be silent.

I was direct hired my employer back 2023 I was hesitat at first that they want too process my work permit on maid cc because I heard a bad review about them,but still I agree after they explain everything about insurance they are good whatsoever,but not i still i got sick it's was really and emergency that my boss they really need me to bring to hospital i couldn't stand and vomiting several times they bring me the nearest hospital,they give me right away a medication because of my look I'm really in pain I stayed in the hospital until 2 am in the morning,then I feel better everything,then the nurse came she told me that my insurance was declined i siad for what reason they i don't etc,so I paid the whole bill i got 2647 dirham so my boss called the maid cc aske them where we can get the reimbursement for the bill they siad a lot excuses blah blah I'm very disappointed my insurance was NAS and I think the insurance for the maid here in the dubai just for display,but i haven't received my reimbursement until now it's been 2 months

have worked for 2 days and then disappeared.
I have a newborn I m in sincere need of help and these people even asked for 4k aed to give this awful service. Plus bothering clients after 9pm .I have no words

Clara explained everything very well and my maid did everything herself. She was very patient and friendly.
