The phone inserts keep cracking during charging. I've reached out to their support several times but have had no response. Poor quality product, no customer service.

This company blatantly scams you and I…
This company blatantly scams you and I will be taking action against them so they are held responsible. First of all, if you buy cables for this price you expect solid build quality, let me just say that they WILL break in the first couple of months because the metal connectors are held in by plastic clips. Secondly, if you think this doesn't matter because you got lifetime warranty you are mistaken, upon trying to get more cables you are completely ignored by their support. AVOID AT ALL COST.

✅ You initially purchased 3 cables.
✅ We’ve already processed 2 warranty replacements — and in total, shipped 5 cables to you at no extra cost.
We do stand behind the quality of our products, and while occasional issues can happen, our data shows that such a high rate of failure is unusual — which may suggest accidental misuse or other factors.
That said, we also understand frustration, and our warranty policy clearly states:
• The Lifetime Warranty applies to the first replacement.
• After that, the product is covered by our standard 1-year warranty
This helps us remain fair and sustainable as a small business, without the system being abused.
Despite this, we’re still willing to help and offer one final replacement, provided we receive strong evidence that the original item is no longer usable (photo/video of the damage and cable cut).
We’re not here to scam anyone — just to offer high-quality, innovative charging gear and take care of our customers. If you’re willing to work with us constructively, we’re here to resolve things the right way.

They arrived on time, plugged the end bits into my phone, all worked great until you put your phone in your pocket, it's magnet picks tiny metal bits that are near impossible to remove so render the cables useless, do not buy!

As you mentioned, our cables use strong, high-grade magnets for a secure connection — which is one of the main advantages of magnetic charging. However, one trade-off is that tiny metal particles (especially in dusty or industrial environments) can occasionally be attracted to the magnet.
This is a known limitation of all magnetic charging systems, not just ours.
🔧 If you’re working in an environment with fine metal debris, we recommend:
• Regularly cleaning the connector with a soft brush or tape.
• Avoiding leaving the magnetic tips exposed when not in use
For most users in everyday environments, this is not a major issue — but we understand that certain conditions may not be ideal for this type of product.

I LOVE THIS! It simplifies life, and having to deal with the clutter and constant search for the right charging cord
I cannot stand having to deal with the charging of all of my devices and of seeing cords everywhere, always having to untangle the mess and the eyesore.
So ....
I LOVE your product so darned much! I saw a different company's charging system like this months ago, but it was about twice the price of yours, so I did not purchase it. I am glad I found yours. It works really well. I only gave it 4 stars, but that is my fault; I bought the Magnilink Ultra 240W charging cord with connectors, thinking that it would have the 360-degree pivot head that I had seen on the other mfg's product. It's fine though; I will just order one of the Magnilink cords that does have the pivot head. They are inexpensive enough that I don't mind having to buy another one.
It is so nice when something comes along that actually does its part to make life more organized and efficient. The world is not getting any less complicated thanks to all of the electronics we must deal with. Actually it's getting worse, and even more problematic. But we have Magnilink to thank for at least helping make our lives easier when it comes to the managing of all of these ridiculous devices that we think we absolutely must have in our lives, and their annoying charging cords all over the place.
Everyone in my life who I give gifts to is getting a Magnilink on their next holiday. The product does what it says, and does it at a decent price. They will love me for it :-) .

Attempted to contact the company by email 3 times without receiving one response.
I have ordered product from this company but it is still showing as pending. It is going on 10 days that shipping has been pending so I reached out to them. So far I have sent them three emails, without receiving a response to the first. All I wanted to know is why it is taking so long for my order to ship? Since the company will not answer their emails I am reaching out to anyone that may know how to contact them. Has anyone else had this problem with this company?
There is nothing more frustrating to me than someone taking my money and not responding to my request as to why my order has not shipped yet when it was ordered on 1/18/25. That would not be a problem for me if they would just let me know what is going on.
This review is not for the product I have never received but the horrendous customer service I am having to deal with,

Products never arrived and no one…
Products never arrived and no one responds to emails asking where they are. Initial tracking says “abnormal”
Then Australia Post is listed as the “last mile deliverer” and they’ve had it listed as “pending” for weeks. Saying they’re waiting on details from the sender.
I would not recommend this Company to anyone. They don’t respond to problems.

After reviewing your order, we saw that the initial delivery failed due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. These kinds of address issues can cause delays or “pending” statuses with last-mile couriers like Australia Post, especially when they’re missing required delivery details.

Great products and great service.
I have shopped at Magnilink on several occations, and am very happy with their products and services.
I was looking for a good magnetic charging cable for a long time, and burned through many variants before I stumbled upon Magnilink, and now I'm sticking to them.
I first tried the Magnilink 360MAXX, and to begin with I was happy with it, but I found the charging speeds varied some and the data transfer capabilities was not sufficient for me.
I then tried the Magnilink 360 PRO, and that is a completely different experience. Fast charge works perfectly, good data transfer, strong mangnet and I have yet to find a device that it does not work with. So I would strongly recomend the 360 Pro over the 360 MAXX.
I have yet to try the new Magnilink ULTRA, however, when the time comes to upgrade the old laptop to one with USB C charging capability, I'm definitely going to give it a try!
I did experience some issues with a few of my cables, and I contacted Magnlink. They were quick to reply, asked some questions regarding the issue and requested som pictures. Shortly there after, they sent me replacements for the faulty cables, free of charge. No hassle what so ever. Special thanks to Jonathan, for following up on the claim for the faulty cables.

Dodgy product Dont buy
I was so excited about the idea of having a charging system for all my new and old devices, it seemed like a great idea, the problem is their product is defective in many ways, firstly the build quality is crap, and they will even try to sell you used or marked products that work intermittently, and only with certain products.
My whole experience was a complete nightmare and I wasted about $250 Australian dollars. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, SANITY AND TIME ON THIS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
And now nearly 2 years later I get a reply from Magnilink saying their products are checked bla bla and if something does arrive looking marked or used to contact them so they can fix it.
I honestly think companies do these tactics because most people don't look that hard at products that are new and look new, it's only when theirs a problem and, they scrutinise the product, they realise it was probably a return of some kind they are trying to resell.
Why did it take nearly 2 years to reply.
when I contacted them initially, they begrudgingly sent me replacement products, but they only worked on something and most of my stuff is Apple and didn't work consistently
I also fund the magnets get clogged with bits of metal. I live near the beach on an old sand dune.I know most beach sand contains metal fillings so that could be the source.
Seems like a great idea, but in reality the magnetic connections seem to be the real problem.

NOT SAFE!!
Blew up 2 of my Nintendo Switch consoles and earbuds. Can't get in touch with them as they never respond. Wouldn't recommend. Replies to comments and says "can't find your order" despite me giving them my order number. Spent nearly $300 on this rubbish plus what I've lost in electronics.

Avoid. Too many issues. Waste of money
I bought 3 for £27 and regret my purchase. Clearly not tested properly. 1) It’s hit and miss as to wether they charge or not. 2) The cables come away from the magnet too easily. 3) The tiny adapters are very hard to pull out of my devices. 4). The tiny adapters are too easy to lose and more hassle than they are worth. 5). One out of 3 did not work at all so I asked for a refund after testing thoroughly. No refund offered so I asked for 1 replacement. Still waiting……Avoid

Our cables are thoroughly tested before shipping, and while rare defects can happen, we fully cover any issue under our 1-year warranty. In your case, we’ve already processed a free replacement for the unit that wasn’t working.
Regarding some of your points:
• The charging tips are designed to stay inside your device for convenience and to prevent frequent wear — which is why they may feel snug when removing.
• We use N52-grade magnets, which are among the strongest available. Any stronger, and it could risk damaging sensitive ports — so we’ve carefully balanced strength and safety.
• As for the adapters being easy to misplace, we agree it’s something to be mindful of, especially with smaller devices. We’re working on solutions to improve the experience even further.

Don't work for long
Similar to the other reviews, worked great for couple of weeks before the connection starts to break down. Also paid a lot extra for the fast charging cable which didn't fast charge. Ended up just being a Rio off.
