Lacking after care
While you receive good customer service when you are potentially going to buy something. The after service is lacking. I ordered a 10kg front loading washing machine and it was installed by Magness Benrow staff. However, I've had an 'error 10' message come up since my first use. No reply from Magness Benrow when I contacted them, so I contacted Fisher and Paykel to help me. So it's very much a take your money and run situation. I would mot buy off them again, good service all round goes a long way when consumers can easily buy elsewhere with gift card incentives etc.
