Great service and delivery. Ordered a 16ft pool unfortunately was out of stock but mad fun upgraded our pool free of charge to the next size up. Great service amd definitely recommend.

Bad experince! purchased 12ft x 8ft xcel rectangular…
Purchased 12ft x 8ft xcel rectangular JumpPro trampoline from MadFun
Packages arrived two days late with no comunication from madfun, boxes and content damaged.
1) multiple chips and scratches on the black paint work (legs etc)
2) packaging missing on some things, they were just celotaped together.
3) multiple foam sleeves ripped and torn.
4) centre cross on the jump mat clearly off centre, with white paint like stains on the otherside of the mat.
At a cost of £528 I thought I was purchasing a new trampoline, but clearly not the case.

I am so sorry to see that there were issues with the product when it arrived, we pride ourselves in the quality of the products we sell and I am disappointed to learn that you have received something that is not up to our usual standard.

Range of products, site easy to navigate
Site easy to navigate. Ordered chosen pool and it was delivered quickly and on day/time as stated. I haven't unpacked it yet as not putting up until Easter, so hoping no issues/damage, box looked sturdy and no damage on box so should be OK, but I'm sure Madfun will help if any issues. I'm sorry that you feel you had very poor service.
On investigation I can see that when you placed your order, the manufacturer confirmed to us that they had received the order and the product would be despatched.
When we contaced them to give us an estimated delivery day, they advised that they had changed their delivery to taking 10 days, rather than 3.
I'm sorry that we had not been made aware of this change to their policy. This was conveyed to you, with our apologies and accepted.
We then asked the manufacturer for the contact details of their two man delivery team warehouse, so we could try to prioritise your delivery with them.
The team then advised us that they did not have any stock of that item.
This was relayed to you with our profuse apologies and a full refund was issued straight away.
I appreciate that this was not an ideal experience for you and luckily it is a very rare occurrence.
Although we could not fulfil your order, I believe we gave the best service we could, whilst not being made aware of the full picture from our third party supplier.
We kept you informed at every stage and as soon as it was apparent we could not complete your delivery, your payment was returned.
Again, we apologise for the issues with your order.
We have taken steps to stop this happening again and now no longer offer games tables.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of this, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Item damages
Apparently item sent was damaged and although I was expecting delivery on said date, I got no update and had to chase up.
Goods need to be checked before being posted out. Took time to get refund. Overall disappointing as looking forward to the item

On investigation, the courier advised that delivery was attempted but refused due to package damage. The boxes can be damaged in transit but generally the contents is new condition. This was then marked as a return to our warehouse.
We can assure you that all products leave the warehouse in new condition. We have to give our items to a third party to deliver them and sometimes damage can occur, for this we can only apologise.
You requested to have a refund, rather than to have a new product. You were advised that once the item was delivered back to the warehouse a refund would be processed. Our refund policy is up to 14 days on receipt of the returned goods.
The consignment was deemed as lost at 10 days and a refund was duly actioned, in line with the refund policy as per our website.

Good product easy to erect & appears…
Good product easy to erect & appears pretty strong. The only gripe I have was threading the lace around the bottom of the net which was a bit of a faf.

correctly, especially as you want to get it right and it's not something you do every day. :-)
Once it's done, the net is securely fixed in front of the springs, which is a great safety feature, as it keep little fingers away from the springs. :-)

Missing parts & poor service
10 ft Trampoline was bought for Christmas gift for the children. It was missing parts so couldn't be built. Phone message said they were closed until early Jan - so 3 crying children on my hands. I had to pay for someone to build it as husband had gone back to work when missing parts finally arrived. Manfun gave me 33 quid back which didn't remotely cover the cost. They also said they'd send a shoe bag and tie down kit but didn't. Poor service.

Your order was placed on the evening of the 20th December, which was after the cut off time for pre-Christmas delivery. Never the less, our warehouse team got the order despatched the next day and it was delivered in time for Christmas.
We are sorry that two of the parts packed the boxes were incorrect. This is something that has been fed back to the production factory.
We received an email from you in the afternoon of the 30th December, informing us of the incorrect parts. Although our office was closed over the Christmas/New Year period, our answer machine message gave details of our email address and explained that emails were being monitored whilst we were closed.
Your email was answered at 9am on the 31st December, New Years Eve, apologising for the issue and requesting more information and pictures.
Emails were exchanged and we advised that an order for the replacement parts was raised on the 4th January.
You had not ordered the build service, so we were unable to do this but, as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded 10% of your order, which was processed the next day.
We also asked if you would like us to send you a shoe bag and tie down kit, as a gesture of good will but we have not received a reply to this email.
If you would like these products, please reply to that email and we will get these products sent to you.

Delivered in a torn, open box!
Sorry to say that that my swing purchase came in a half torn box. It wasn’t even sealed! Unsurprisingly, it was missing a stake. Fortunately, we did managed to put it together. Never received anything so badly packaged…

Great 5ft pool table.
Great service, I bought a 5ft cougar pool table, green, which looks great in the conservatory with the garden in the background. Purchase was made in March and everything still fine. I highly recommend 2 people packing it together and it's super important to use a spirit leveller tool (approx £5-10) to ensure legs are completely straight before fastening the bolts, this ensures there's zero roll. I also purchased a separate 42 inch pool cue as the ones provided are 36 inch and are quite light, although they are perfectly fine to use too, it just depends on personal preference.

Purchased a football table for the…
Purchased a football table for the grandkids for Christmas as it was half price
package arrived as arranged in good condition.
To make sure all the parts were there we assembled the table this took a few hours to do (do not attempt this on Christmas day) all parts were there and the table is brilliant would recommend to anyone wanting a football table.
