Right from the start they were super attentive and helpful, they really know what they’re talking about. I’m really indecisive and Alexis was more than happy to come over with samples multiple times while I made my decision. My curtains looks beautiful!

I needed some curtains + pole made very urgently with a very short lead time. Jordan from MadeCurtains had the sheers and pole made to size and ready for collection within a few days, and the sheers were perfect/ by far the best we’ve had made for projects. Couldn’t recommend more!

Beat our expectations - Jordan came in for a no obligation quotation and was totally honest about how much blackout we would get. We decided to go ahead and he managed to get us booked in really quickly as we were on a tight time budget with new baby on the way. Jordans team was quick and efficient with installation and he checked back to make sure we were happy ! We got even more of a blackout than he said we would and we are very happy with the finish. Highly reccomend!!

Contacted Made after a recommendation by my cousin. Alexis was super helpful in finding a voile for a wave curtain and matching Roman blind for our kitchen diner. We also selected a Roman blind for an upstairs bedroom.

The order was taken and delivered as promised. The fitter that attended, Nafeez - as stated in another review - was friendly, professional and really tidy.

That’s the nuts and bolts of the review. And frankly what you’d expect from any curtain company. However, the end product is so much better than the sum of its parts. The blinds and wave curtain fit perfectly - to the millimetre! The end result literally makes our house look like a show home!

Great service and amazing quality. I would recommend 100%.
They were early with production and the installers were great and tidy.

First of all, our new flat looks incredible with the new curtains and it feels like they will last a long time compared to the previous curtains.

Having Alex come to the flat with samples really helped with choosing colors and other options. The man has the patience of a saint.

Last but not least there was a minor issue, but Made Curtains owned up their mistake and did everything they could to keep us happy and satisfied. You don't really know how good a company is until you approach them with a problem and see what they do.

Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone that needs blinds or curtains.

From the very beginning, Jordan and his team were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Jordan took his time with me when he came to my house to help with the decisions. Throughout the process, the team kept me well-informed about the arrival time of the fitter Nafeez who was not only friendly but also quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with my beautiful curtains.

We had a great experience with Made Curtains. Alex was incredibly patient when we were choosing fabrics/colours and and gave us advice on what would work well in the space. He understood that it is an investment and a big decision to make so I never felt rushed during this process. Communication was always prompt and the curtains arrived earlier than expected.

Nafeez came to fit them today and did a great job. He also gave some great advice on how to open and close the curtains to keep the pleats looking neat. I will definitely be using Made Curtains again. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience with Made who have done a fantastic job of our curtain fittings. Although there were some delays due to Christmas period, they were always so quick to respond and update us. Would definitely use them again.

I had to change apartments in the busy Christmas holiday period.
As the new flat is on a busy high street I really needed privacy and curtains urgently. I contacted Jordan and he managed to do the impossible and fit me in their schedule and fittings.
Harvey came to assist with my request. His communication was perfect, he contacted me to confirm, he is coming 10 minutes before the appointment. In the process, he asked me questions about my preferences, he listened attentively and actioned it promptly. He measured everything with due diligence and put the rail after cutting it straight to fit perfectly, drilling with precision and tidy. He also put on the curtains which are quiet heavy and tricky to put one person as I have 3.5 m ceilings. He finished the job within 20/30 minutes super promptly and efficiently. I can also see all products used were or high long-lasting quality. Harvey was very polite, calm and nice in manner.
Both Jordan and Harvey are the best so if you are in need in curtains/fittings you should definitely use their services!!!
