I ordered a kit back in June 2021 from the Neath store, it was promised for September 2021, then again for October and December. To date, despite chasing many times, we have still not received a kit. The season is over half way through now and we have no kit, no training gear or travel tracksuits. It is very disappointing and to not have the courtesy of a reply, I feel really let down.

Still have not received my order and I'm unable to make contact with anyone to get a refund. I received one email when I made my first order and nothing since. This company is very happy to take your money then not send the product or communicate. Very poor company. Avoid!!!!

Comportamento scorretto e non molto onesto. Ordinati il 7 novembre e pagati subito felpa, pantaloni e polo della nostra società sportiva. Risultato ad oggi: ho potuto ritirare solo la polo. La felpa è stata data al ricamatore e si parla di gennaio (paradossale), i pantaloni sono stati dati erroneamente al ricamatore ma in due settimane non si è riusciti a riaverli nonostante il ricamatore si trovi a meno di 20 km. Ho mandato mail al servizio clienti Macronstore, che dopo una settimana mi ha risposto che l'ordine è gestito dal negozio e dovevo rivolgermi a loro, quando in negozio, dove sono stata più volte, hanno detto che loro si occupano solo di consegnare la merce. Si danno la colpa l'uno con l'altro, ma il risultato è che la merce è già pagata e non si sa dove sia. Servizio pietoso...

If I could have given 0 stars I would have done. Ordered shorts for Stroud RFC minis from Macron using the sizing guide on their website. They took several weeks to deliver - with very little communication about progress (this once the rugby season had already started!). When they arrived I had order the size for a 26 inch waist boy. On trying them on they barely got above his knees and when measuring the waist it was 18-19 inches (according to my photographic evidence). I returned them, after effectively being called a liar by customer services only to be sent a picture of a pair of shorts showing that they measured 24 inches and therefore they would not refund the purchase.
I think I can safely say that, having been chairman of a Youth football club, I will be speaking to all of my contacts who are buying kit every year to recommend that they steer clear of this shower and their appalling business practices and customer "no" service.
I have never been so incensed in all my years of buying goods over the internet.

Pessimo. La nostra società sportiva si è affidata a questo fornitore per i kit della squadra. Ordini on line con spedizione a domicilio. Dopo l'ordine sono trascorsi 35 giorni per ricevere la merce. Inoltre risultava mancante la giacca della tuta. Ho chiesto via mail indicazioni ma la richiesta è stata ignorata per due solleciti. Dopo un mese e mezzo sono ancora senza giacca della tuta e senza una previsione di consegna. DA EVITARE

Be aware that any orders from the Macron website for UK delivery will incur extra customs charges that aren’t included in the price paid to Macron. Even though you pay macron for shipping, these charges aren’t included. It seems that their products are shipped from Italy and I’m now disputing a £62 customs charge with DHL in addition to the £255 order I placed with Macron.

Absolutely awful try to avoid. Took 5 weeks to get my sons kit out for delivery and then returned to store as delivery people said they had tryed twice when they clearly hadn't. When finally collecting from the college the sizing is poor a small is even smaller than extra small and the sleeves very short. Quality is bad also just cannot be bothered with the hassle to send it back. My son will not wear it if he doesnt really have to.

Took close to two months to deliver a simple order of a football shirt (from their Cardiff store), although payment was taken at the point of order. It then arrived with the wrong number printed on it, which they are now refusing to replace. Very poor customer service. Reply to emails is discourteous (not even signed with a name) and poorly worded. Bad phone manners, accusing customers of lying.

Terrible service. I ordered my sons kit over 5 weeks ago, I’ve had no update. The order still says it’s processing. Nobody responds to the emails or the question service on the website and the phone rings out to voicemail every time. No point leaving a message because nobody monitors that either. Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to have to drive 40 minutes to the actual store just to find out what is going on. Defeats the whole point of the £5 postage on top of a £60 PE kit. Unfortunately my son has started school now without a kit. I’ve also had spend money on to buying a similar alternative so he isn’t left out at school. The school are chasing me and im trying to chase Macron with no success. Wished I’d have ordered through the school as these seemed to have come quicker

Per un ordine che era distante 40 km da me ho dovuto pagare 5 euro di spedizione, aspettare 11 giorni prima che fosse spedito e poi non parliamo della consegna...
esperienza pìù che drammatica non comprerò più da macron.

Be very aware that although Macron kit is distributed throughout the UK by local partners, this is an Italy based site. This means that goods are shipped from Italy and importantly that makes normal returns very difficult indeed. The Macron site is very limited in the information provided for 'normal' return process. I'd go as far as to suggest that they make it difficult to return goods for refund. Return costs are at the buyer's expense - in my case, £15 for return of two items to Italy. Goods will then be held up by Italian customs if returned, making the customer experience uncertain to say the least. I'm waiting for clearance of goods that I had to return, which I know is outside of Macron's control - but a hit and miss process that might leave me substantially out of pocket if the goods aren't received back for issue of the required refund.

So, buyer beware - I'd recommend using a UK reseller for buying Macron kit.

Ho acquistato alcuni capi d'abbigliamento di questo marchio:
1 - una maglietta da rugby replica della nazionale scozzese, tessuti e cuciture di alta qualità, costo in linea con la qualità, molto soddisfatto.
2 - due felpe finisterre, tessuto scuba, considerazioni come sopra, acquistate in periodo di saldi con risparmio del 30%, a prezzo pieno, 84€, me ne sarei presa solo una ... coi saldi ho fatto la follia :), molto soddisfatto pure per questi acquisti.

Marchio scoperto da poco, bella sorpresa, comprerò ancora dal loro sito, che tra l'altro è fatto molto bene. Da segnalare anche le consegne, ordinato il venerdì, il martedì successivo era tutto già a casa.

I prodotti sono belli anche se la manifattura è un po' troppo cinese e i relativi prezzi troppo alti (d'altra parte le spese pubblicitarie qualcuno deve pure pagarle...). Ho comprato una divisa del Bologna per bambini, bella, nessun problema; delle ciabatte per il nuoto, così così, il logo si è staccato dopo un mese di uso; una borsa sportiva, bella anche se c'è più estetica che funzionalità.
In merito alle ciabatte, ho segnalato il problema al customer service sul sito ma dicono che si occupano solo delle vendite e che per i reclami uno deve rivolgersi al negozio. Peccato che non chiedevo una sostituzione del prodotto ma segnalavo un problema di manifattura, se d'altra parte non interessa a loro acquisire l'informazione io come cliente non posso che prenderne atto per il futuro.

I ordered a Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 (Away) football shirt and it arrived from Italy 🇮🇹 after just 2 days. I was so impressed!!! They had all sizes available and the quality and fit of the shirt are perfect. So happy with the purchase!
