The customer service would be unacceptably poor for a budget brand, but unconscionable for a brand that imagines itself as a higher tier offering. I'm currently sitting here, several weeks since I placed my order, and I have had no updates or any communication whatsoever. They charged me right away, but have yet to process the order in any way. I have made numerous attempts to contact support, but all of my emails and texts have gone unanswered, and their online chat feature is simply broken (I'm a software engineer, I can see the error messages it's generating under the hood). My experience with Mack Weldon has been a dead-end wall of silence and I'm beyond frustrated.

LOVE THESE. My Mack Weldon boxers have gone from being my favourite boxers to the only ones I now wear. Great material and fit. I especially love the absence of a seam down the center. THIS IS AMAZING. Especially if you've been riding an indoor bike in hot conditions and can do without an obnoxious ass-seam adding to the grind for the rest of the day. These boxers also serve as my lounge short at home on hot days. It gets humid here on the Gold Coast. FOr the record, if it helps, I'm, 5ft11, about 81kg, athletic build, lift weights and do triathlons, and the Large fits me perfectly. I like having the extra room, especially given my glutes are bigger than average from weights and cycling = big ass. I also love the Poplin Short Sleeve Shirt - Chambray Crosshatch / L, which my wife got me for Christmas. Also found there is great customer service. Australian companies really need to following this standard.

This was the first Mark Weldon product I bought. I saw it had good reviews elsewhere so I ordered sweatpants. They were expensive. It took two weeks for me to receive it.

As soon as I got it I tried it on. The waist was too tight, the legs were too long, and the material was heavy and uncomfortable.

So I wanted to return it for a refund and I found out that despite their "try on guarantee" I had to pay for return shipping. I also paid to have it shipped too me!

Never again.

Won't process a cancellation. Completely ignoring me. Chat doesn't work, text doesn't work, email doesn't work and they don't have a phone number to call.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone at Mack Weldon. Their chat button doesn’t work and they have yet to respond to my email.

I have 2 purchases awaiting resolution:

1) I sent a shirt back for an even exchange, yet they have removed my 20% discount and are charging me the additional $30. I have requested and am awaiting a refund

2) I ordered a wool sweater and CS reached out to me to tell me it was out of stock. I checked their website and the item is in stock. They have charged me for the $200 sweater yet have sent me nothing.

So at this moment, Mack Weldon has charged me about $325 and has sent me nothing. I have reached out to them to resolve these issues yet have had no response after sending them an email 2 days ago.

I’m sure it will eventually get resolved, but I’d rather spend my $ on companies with excellent customer service. You’ve lost a customer Mack Weldon.

I have been a loyal customer to this company. I have purchased multiple ACE sweatpants from them, on a handful of occasions. Despite being able to see the consistency, they stopped replying to me after I explained I have a missing package. I had gotten a gift for my family im visiting. Also, recently, as many people know, there is a shortage of workers in certain fields. It seems like USPS is also dealing with this, because they messed up my mail before recently.

Instead of trying to understand my situation, the person speaking with me at MW stopped replying when I asked for a refund for my order. Now I’m a reasonable person. If you cannot refund me, at least reach out and reply to me and let me know what you can do, since I didn’t receive the item. Ideally yes, I want my money back. I ordered a 2nd time for everything to get here in time with expedited shipping but the 1st order remains an unresolved issue.

Overall, the sweatpants are really nice, but this type of customer service is a huge turn off. I don’t think the customer is always right but the merchant cutting off communication demonstrates a lack of communication, understanding, and respect. If you don’t want to be there for your clients why would they give you their business or tell others about you??

Over the past 5 years I've purchased a dozen pairs of the 3" Trunk, all are still serviceable and in rotation. They may be the most comfortable undershorts I've ever worn and perhaps the most durable. If you are a military veteran, the company provides a slight discount. I've returned one other style that I purchased early on and had no problems with the return process.

Materials and washing instruction are visible on the outside leg on the back not making the underwear sexy if your wife or GF can read it.

DON’T TRUST MACK WELDON… I BOUGHT 2 COTTONS TEES … SHRANK TO UNWEARABLE. GUESS WHAT? “YOU BOUGHT IT, YOU OWN IT” DON’T SUPPORT A SCAM COMPANY THAT SELLS SHIRTS THAT SHRINK.

Edit… MW made a very kind offer to do only what i asked them to do the first time…. A store credit. The arrogance communicated to me was this was non returnable, regardless of the situation. The fact is the product shrunk and is useless. I am grateful to them for giving me credit.

Very expensive for the quality and shipping is so slow, takes weeks to get an order which may be on purpose so you can’t get money back through credit card. Look at the reply from Mac Weldon this is how they treat their good customers. Last order there will be no more.

Awful experience from start to finish. Cheap products. Horrific experience trying to return. Please avoid.

Hey Mack Weldon, me again - you only reply to customers posting negative reviews, noted. I returned your overpriced products to the address in the link you provided in my earlier review - so where is my refund?
Months later, I’m still waiting. Tracking you through PayPal - useless. You take the biscuit - I’d buy Shein any day over Mack Weldon.

I have only been treated good and been happy to be a customer there for many years. I like their collection and the slowly expanding wardrobe getting bigger. As an international customer, stumbling upon this company has been worth my time and money.

I told them about some Stealth Boxer I bought I wasn't too happy about compared to my AirknitX collection I have from them, and they were quickly to assist and offer a solution. Safe to say, I will continue to buy from them. :)

Order said delivered but never received. Company has not responded to any questions but has managed to send me about a dozen marketing emails in the time since I told them I did not receive the package. Email said I’d receive a response in 48 hours, but we’re going on a week now with no reply.

The prices are high and the product doesn't match what's being paid for. In a recent purchase I was given 2 opportunities to leave a review. I completed both reviews and gave them 3 stars; neither were put on the website however there are plenty of reviews at 5 stars and a few at 4. It's clear that reviews are selected to make the company and product appear more appealing than reality.

Impossible to access a return. Emailed the company, no response from them. After being contacted by customer service at mack weldon my return was sorted quickly and efficiently. I couldn't ask for better service. Thankyou Logan@mackweldon.

First time buyer. Given 20% discount. Get to the pay page, postage £12.00 express delivery, no other options available so they make up their difference by charging increased p&p prices. But ok, express delivery so I’ll get them in a couple of days? Nope! Seven days to arrive. Utter nonsense.

At $1.44 exchange the real number should be
$270 cad WHICH IS A $55 DOLLAR RIPOFF

Impossible to exchange, let alone return, products ordered in the UK. “Number is not recognised”, and “we don’t support returns in your region”. Buyer-to-buyer, I hope you read this before you spaff £94 up the wall for two undershirts like £12-a-pop Adidas tops from Sports Direct.

Thanks for providing direction - why don’t you offer that information upfront on your home page? Going to your directed portal, the only option is a £10 return, which far exceeds the Royal Mail cost of a <500 gm return anywhere in the UK. The drop ship antics continue… Please reply here with your UK contact number for your customer services - I’ll edit my review accordingly once this is sorted.
